Starbucks consistently provides a good customer service experience across all locations but Jolene and her team at Seven Oaks Shopping Center are the best of the best.
The staff and store are great ??and the 1 stars is not for them they deserve at least 4 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️. That being said, don't waste your money or points on getting Starbucks tumblers as they are cheaply designed and horribly constructed as they leak, not to mention incredibly overpriced. If you want to be a loyal Starbucks coffee drinker, thinking you want to support them by buying their merch, just know it's better to buy a mug somewhere else and slap a Starbucks sticker on that mug
They are great! Downside is normally there's a bit of a line and it shows they don't have a drive thru because in the making process they tend to be on the slow side
Was disappointed my drink wasn't made the way i ordered it. They were to busy for me to take it back

Come to this starbucks 1-2 times a week with my wife for a lunch time coffee date. Service is normally pretty good and consistent.Anna is an absolute sweetheart, so it pains me to say she should not be making drinks. Whenever we walk in and see her you know it is going to be a long wait for your drink and it will probably be wrong as well.
