My go to Starbucks drink is an iced chai tea latte and every time I order it from this location it just tastes like milk/cream. They never put enough chai in and I always have to go back and ask them to add more.
Worst Starbucks experience ever. Even if there are around 10 staffs in store, none of them would even look at you for 5min when you are right in front of them. The drink wasn’t even full, I asked for extra whipping cream and got less than the regular amount. I ordered a strawberry frap and it was my first time to receive one without the syrup on the bottom. I would like to give 0 star if I can and will never go to this place again. What is the point of having that many workers when they don’t even know what they are doing?
By far the best Starbucks to go to !!all of the staff here are amazing !! Cassidy Especially who should be named employee of the year !Is truly the best !She recognizes her customers voices through the intercom Daily . She takes the time to remember customers names and orders !! She is always so very kind cheerful And provides the most exceptional service .

went to drive threw and asked for 2 chai with no water and said again when they didn't hear and they gave us chai with water, why you guys no listen ? won't go back to this location again

Very impressed how the manger dealt with a fellow who did not want to wear a mask. She was graceful and kind. Thank you for dealing with such silly people I would not be able to handle it!
My favourite location in Abbotsford. The drinks are always consistent and staff are friendly. Our Corgi's favourite stop for a pupcup as well!
