Love this Starbucks, always open early with friendly staff trying to make everyone's day!
Cardboard straws are horrible. Could not finish my frappacino because the straw fell apart half way. This makes McDonald's look better because at least their cardboard straws don't fall apart. Overpriced for the quality but that's a Starbucks thing. Not really baristas anymore.Service was good and staff was friendly. So Kudos to the staff. Shame Starbucks has gone downhill in the quality department.
Vanessa is my all time favourite barista, she always makes my drinks perfectly and makes my experience at starbucks so comforting!! 10/10 visiting this starbucks when she is working, very sweet lady (ps. mccallum starbucks, she deserves a raise)
Staff are always very pleasant! Great location but soooo busy and the parking lot isn’t really set up to handle the Starbucks drive-thru traffic. But still my favourite Starbucks in Abby.
Couple weeks ago I was quite upset due to my usual order 6 shots expresso! Anyway I felt the staff was talking to each other’s to charge more on my normal drink if they make it properly then I wouldn’t ask to put everything’s on the side! I went inside to order then they said to the girl to charge me 10$ for my 6 shots of expresso! First if y want to charge more u let the customer know next time not do it rights and talking behinds my back I see the attitude those lady said! I felt a races! Everyone’s come and pay for their drinks ! they don’t want to be treated uncomfortable like that over a drink ! Pay more not a big deal but I tell y some things! Do y want to be treated like u treated me! No right! So please be respectful! I’m very loyal to Starbucks since 1999 till now! I spend like 400 $ on drinks and foods and buy cups from Starbucks monthly! I try to call the head office let them know how horrible to be treated that way! Ovdr ices, cream, sugars more costs 4,5$ oh wow! If y guys make my drink right then I wouldn’t be asking to put it on the side! Thanks! Please don’t treated anyone’s with disrespectful we all here for a reason so cares gives love when y can and helps others!
Service is good from drive through or in cafe but the drive through set up is awful and makes no sense!
Extremely slow and careless service. Did not even look at my online order until I mentioned it after waiting for 10 Mins inside the store(which was supposed to take 4mins from when I ordered). Don’t give the option if you can’t serve it.
I used to think the Baristas were incompetent, but I have since realized that they simply don't care.
This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. I go every morning before my classes and the staff are super friendly and energetic! It also brightens my morning. Not been to many other coffee places who have very energetic people in the early morning.
This Starbucks location at Mcallum junction, is a popular one, right beside mc donalds the drive through is always packed. There is seating outside and lots of parking in the area. Good service inside, staff are friendly lineup goes fast. Large selection of coffee and other drinks that are over priced as usual, I find there food...like the sandwiches to be very Bland, no mayonnaise ,no ketchup packs. There blonde roast coffee in the mornings is the best. This location is also right beside the HWY #1 exit..
