My Favourite Starbucks location, the only Starbucks making my order right, my husband always order from this location almost everyday! But today my drink taste like vanilla syrup (as if I am drinking sugar) than Caramel.. I called this morning to changed my drink. Thank you to the person I spoke over the phone. I’m so happy having the right drink❤️
Went to drive threw early in the morning on my way to work. My Venti Mocha was not even close to being full and it was cold.
Friendly staff but never enough people working so it's always a very long wait before you get your food or drinks.
They didn't have my mobile order when i arrived. I had to wait for them to make it for me. Too longer than it should.
You guys make THE WORST Pink drinks! Stop being cheap and put less water in the strawberry açai mix all I can taste is water and coconut milk! This is the FIFTH TIME ITS HAPPEN! The only reason I got my partner to get one today was because my favourite Starbucks just down the road is out of the mix step up your game.
Mobile ordering has totally ruined this location. The place can barely keep up with walkin customers. Now with people mobile ordering 4 or 5 heavily modified drinks on top it has become a total nightmare. Just waited 25min for a single drink. Staff is very friendly and professional but definitely not equipped to handle the volume.
I have been going to this location since it opened. I am a homeless person and i am there most every morning. Certain individuals who work here(one recently quit), clearly don't appreciate those who are down and out.I don't want to go elsewhere, but I must.Thank you those who showed respect.Homeless Rick
Hit and miss on level of service,coffee not bad,but overpriced for some unknown reason.
I love hot chocolate and Espresso coffee , i like it me and all my small family
