I was the most frequent customer in this restaurant instead of poor customer service. I thought I should ignore the front desk lady (who never greets or smiles back or shows any good vibes) because I love their food. But today we (husband-wife) went there for lunch with our 6-year-old kid who is not an Indian food lover. So I bought a sandwich from Mc D for my kid only and we (my husband and I) wanted to sit and eat THEIR FOOD. Just before my son went to sit with a sandwich in his hand, the front desk lady didn't allow my son to sit with the sandwich. She told us very rudely that they don't allow outside food. What the hell??!! We know this is NOT A PICNIC SPOT, we didn't bring whole families' food from outside, ‘’Just a sandwich for a KID.’’ We wanted to order YOUR FOOD for us, that's why we went to your place. If possible I sued her for today’s behavior. Being a mom this is so frustrating I can’t explain my feeling. They lost a permanent customer and I can’t even imagine recommending it to anyone.
The food and service is excellent. We have had food from their restaurant and as well through catering. At both times, the experience and taste of food is the best. The biriyani especially is superb.
Goat curry, dosas and paratas are very good. But, my review is about hygiene, the water glasses has white particles either the water is bad or glasses were not cleaned, its not bubbles but white particals. Service is slow, serving person looks overwhelmed and unwelcoming everytime.
Tindu provide the great customer service. She always greet with smile. She deserves the promotion. Dosa was so yummy. Best south Indian restaurant. Highly Recommended
This place is the BEST restaurant for South Indian food in the whole lower mainland!The chef is from Kerala and the authenticity reflects in the flavours and taste!I have been here multiple times and the food has been delicious every time!I’ve tried dosas, idli, vada and the chili chicken; amazing food!Kudos ??????
We love this place. Their biriyani is ma favorite but I like their vada, dosa kinda stuff too. I always prefer this one when I'm on this way. And always ensure to reserve and call before you go as they are pretty busy especially in weekends. The servers are awesome too..
Probably the best place around Vancouver to get great south Indian Biryanis!Fairly priced and good quantity.The Lemon pickle was the highlight for me, and it looked housemade as well. The Raitha/salad was decent as well. Definitely worth the try if in Abbotsford! Worth driving out to Abbotsford from Vancouver as well, haha.Good job guys!

Great family run place. Delicious dosa and biriyani. My wife and I are regulars. With so many North Indian places it is nice to taste South Indian food.
I always come for Chicken Biryani as they have bone-in Chicken 65 in their biryani and is so good. I have had dosa and idlis too and they are amazing. Chicken Biryani is definitely my favorite item on their menu.
