We have been ordering regularly from Ricardo's for over a year. A year ago I would have given it 5 stars. In the last month though, they have changed their pizzas. Maybe it's the pandemic, but it seems as though the amount and quality of toppings has changed. Please go back to how you were so I can give you 5 stars again.
First time here, ordered and paid for a Meal Deal (2 mediums pizzas and a pop) fair price… unfortunately my pizza was burnt enough for me to smell it in the car, I other pizza was fine. I would prefer to order local but panago/dominos have never given me burnt pizza! also I collected my food and tipped so… ?
This place always handing out raw doughy pizza so disappointing . i dont think i have ever had one from there that hasn't been raw inside lazy with toppings reaching the crust too .. like if you are only going to put toppings in the middle then just sell it as personal . Come on you guys the managers should be looking at the pizza oven temp maybe ... or try your pizza once in a while 3 strikes your out ... especially when ppl are trying to support small business right now you gotta step up your game a bit

Quality and taste is just not there. Burnt bacon, no cheese and wet pizza.EDIT- Must have taken some complaints literally and fixed their quality. I have ordered quite a few times since and it has been hot, consistent and fresh. Good job!

Had a custom made pizza, the toppings are generous and taste great. A large filled my family and we loved it. I will order again.
