Service and food was GREAT. I feel cleanliness was an issue (table and side of table and seats felt sticky) and sure enough I driving home and started to get itchy. I got bit 7 places. 6 under the jeans 3 on right and 3 on left leg, 1 on my left arm. Not sure from what. Flea? I had a solid hour for lunch by large window near washrooms. Washroom doors weren’t clean. I’d ask management to do a good deep vacuum and wiping…
The staff is super friendly.The location is very inviting, the interior is very cozy in the old style.Everything we ordered was excellent: Arctic Cod fish & chips, long ireland ice tea, simply grilled chicken salad, double berry cheesecake.If you order a side dish, you can reorder it for free if you are still hungry.The restaurant is good for friends/ dates/ families with children.
It was the worst experience I've had at the abbotsford res robin. The waitress took our order and we didn't see her again until she brought us the bill. We were at one of the tables that have the folding extender and I'm pretty sure it has never been cleaned, absolutely disgusting.One star for this experience is way too high
The food here is always great along with the service, it's been a long time since I was at this location however nothing has changed. The interior of the restaurant including the floors and the booths do need upgrading however this is no reflection on the awesome staff, see below for the rest of their excellent review.The people are great the food is great the service is great and upon meeting the general manager, she was also GR8!Thanks for the great service everyone keep up the excellent work. I love their burgers. The food is delicious.Service was good and fast on Saturday evening. They were not like super busy.Staff are nice, and always smile.The place is relatively clean.Decoration is nostalgic and haven’t changed since forever.If it is your first time in Red Robins, you will love free refill on fries and salads. And burgers are so addicting.
Ill start with the good...our server was excellent. He was very polite, attentive and made good conversation. The overall experience here isn't what it used to be. The food was pretty tasty, but the fries were all served warm-ish. The location itself is looking worn down and dirty. The carpets were filthy, the table felt sticky, and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. The decor itself is very dated.
They have a wide selection of food with specials always rotating. I had a very nice, and accommodating server. The food is good, but the burgers can be a bit dry for my taste, so maybe ask for extra sauce.
Came for the onion ring tower and was not disappointed. Poutine was delicious, but we were wondering why it was served on a plate instead of a bowl(?) since there was gravy!The restaurant was super smokey and greasy-smelling though, and it made my eyes sting. Our server Edward was very kind and helpful and even opened a side door to clear the air a bit. Great experience on that end, thanks Edward!
Good food at reasonable prices. Consistent quality. If you're lucky you'll get Carmen the most positive upbeat waitress ever! She really made our vist! Definitely a repeat place to go.
Tried the cheesy specials today. Their cheese sticks with the sweet spicy jelly were delicious! I also had the bacon cheeseburger with cheesy bacon dip. It was awesome. Looked like the picture. Did not disappoint. The service was great. Awesome experience overall. I will definitely be back.
