By far the worst experience I've had at an airport. We waited for our food for over 15 minutes. We sat down thinking it will be brought to us, but instead I talked up to ask what was taking so long. I just asked for a refund, we were not offered an apology at the least. So we will save our appetites for another place the next time we visit this airport.
Waitress was rude. Made me wait for 5 minutes while she talked on her phone. Then got my food order wrong. Horrible service.
What garbage. There are still flights left to depart and they are closing up at 9 pmBeing the only food and beverage outlet in the airport, this is super inconvenient and disappointing. Will not support in the future.
We purchased 40 dollars of beverages to bring on our plane as they are the only place you can purchase items before boarding your plane. At the last minute our flight was canceled. We asked if we could return the beverages and rebuy them the next day as thats when our flight was postponed till. ( We also bought beers from them and drank there). They said they would not take the drinks back so we would have to repurchase the same drinks the next day as we cannot go through security with them. They know this so we would have to pay again. Not only would they not give us our money back after we promised to purchase again, they wouldn’t even let us keep our purchased beverages with them till the following day knowing we would just have to buy more the next day. They also would not let us talk to a manager to ask or talk too!! This is probably the most cheapest, poor customer service you can think of. If you buy anything from them, make sure your flight is boarding. They could have done an honorable thing but instead wanted to make sure their customers were out of money and making sure they would have to spend there again. I find this disgusting customer service and I find the resteraunt very cheap and only helping themselves. Don’t expect much!
Used to work here. Manager steals tips, she is racist and owner is very cheap. Kitchen is filthy with mice and mold. Don't waste your money on a 3 day old soggy sandwich, bring your own food.
This place is a joke. The same family owns franchise on both the pre security bistro and the post security one. We arrived at the airport at 4pm, only to find the main bistro pre security was closed...despite the prominent sivn saying it was open until 11pm. Talked to a store owner and security person, both said the restaurant opens and closes at various hours with no notice, very unprofessional.Finally went through security and was hoping to get a meal, but no luck. The sandwiches were not looking very good and had dates on them from several days earlier. I ended up asking the girl for just a glass of wine, but she refused...said I could only have a can of beer as she was alone and was not going to pour wine. She was rude about it and obviously did not care.I think that if you have the contract for the only restaurants in the airport, you should be required to open at the posted times...that should be in great contract.Terrible customer service...they should be ashamed.
Fast friendly service , fresh cold pino gris and a delightful pleather covered chair made for the perfect way to kill 20 minutes before flight time
You have been warned...do NOT expect to get a decent meal here. The staff are rude, lazy and unsanitary...the "food" is disgusting. The really unfortunate part is the owner has the only franchise for both pre and post security restaurants. The "Bistro" before security opens and closes whenever they feel like, so don't count on getting a meal. The bistro post security only offers several day old sandwiches and very rude service. Do whatever you need to to avoid eating here!!
Showed up early for our flight to relax and have a bite and a drink. Big mistake! Restaurant closed at 4:45 PM on a Saturday? Only food place in the airport.... told that they're place on other side of security would be open. Get through security to find a dirty place with pre wrapped sandwiches made yesterday for $12 and little else. Asked for two glasses of wine and we were told we could only have "something in a can" even though the bar is 3 feet from where the employee is standing. Clearly the place is not very clean and perhaps the employee didn't want to have to wash glasses? Absolutely pathetic! Thanks but a rice krispie square or fruit cup does not cut it either.. thank goodness my flight is only 90 min and I can eat when I get home! Don't waste your time or money here!!! Make sure you eat before you get here.
$36 for two disgusting slimy turkey sandwiches, a lukewarm drip coffee and a chocolate milk. Definitely wait and purchase on the plane. The girl behind the counter was actually sitting on the kitchen counter in the back, visible from the till, and she had her eyes closed, obviously more content to try to sleep than to serve her customers. She did open her eyes after 20 seconds or so, and lumbered off the counter to take my money. Staff will not be motivated by working in such a terribly run establishment. No manager. No way of contacting one. Absolute garbage poor quality pre-made food that is at least a couple of days old. Adding in the uncleaned coolers and unwashed floor, this may be the worst place I've ever eaten. It is the only place to buy food after going through security, so they don't have to care about service or quality. Perhaps the food is better later in the day when a cook comes in, but that doesn't solve the cleaning of the coolers and service area, or help to guide and motivate the staff. The manager should be fired and the staff trained. I hope the airport doesn't renew their lease - what a terrible business to have in an international airport - the last experience a traveller may have before leaving our beautiful country. It doesn't deserve even one star.
