I was greeted by the staff as soon as I opened the door, they took our order with a smile and they were happy to cater to our special request.The fish and popcorn shrimp was great.
First of all, mobile ordering doesn't work. It doesn't reflect the items available in store (or unavailable) and the order can't be changed at the store, forcing the customer to make a new order in person, and seek a refund online. Fun! In my case, the store hadn't even received the online order - but two of the items were unavailable, anyway.More importantly, the food was really bad. My popcorn shrimp was so old it smelled funny. Everything was cold, and gross from being cooked in old, dirty oil. Truly unbelievable. The chicken sandwich wasn't as bad as the rest, but the batter on that chicken was still gross. I even tried the onion rings, but same gross batter, and ice cold.I got a pop from the machine, and even that was gross. I don't know how that happens, but it tasted disgusting and I had to throw it out too. The only edible things I got out of $25 were a decent biscuit, and a tasty pie. Yay.I honestly don't know how this place stays in business, and highly suspect a lot of fake reviews to get this kind of rating.Very disappointed.
This place does one of the best chicken sandwiches you will find in Abbotsford. The spicy variety is great, and not too spicy. Pickles as a topping on the sandwich make a great addition that you will usually find lacking on other franchises' chicken sandwiches. The chicken tenders are great as well and you will have a hard time finding better tenders for the money.
After so long time I was so excited to try the fries from popeyes but it was so disappointingtoo much bad oil used and also the taste was disgusting ???
This place has horrible customer service! No “hello” or smiles. I went to take my niece for their wild berry beignets. We sat for 30 mins waiting for them as they had to make them fresh, only to have a lady who came in after us ask about our order because she felt so bad that we had been waiting while she had already gotten her order. The lady at the till then tells me I should have asked because they only took 5 mins!!!! When we opened them they had forgot to add the white powdered sugar. The whole experience was horrible.
it was absolutely terrible. i think they left the chicken in the crisper for 15 min too long. I was suppose to get 4 dips for the nuggets and didn't get any. everything we ordered was so greasy
First went here when they just opened and have been going almost daily since! Great customer service, staff is always friendly and ready to help. Food is always served to perfection. Glad these guys are apart of our community!
Chicken is better when you eat in (take out results in soggy chicken). It is crispy, well spiced and just the right size. I do wish they had cheese for their chicken burgers, otherwise quite good. I'd give it 4.5 if I could.
Service is decently fast and good with the customer service being friendly and relatively quick. Harvir is one of my more favorite cashier who always gives his best. Would strongly recommend
The food is ok, not great, everything just lacks spice. The waitd are usually long the staff seems to be an organized and the calling out the number for your order system is not quite flushed out in my opinion. Most of the time I will not go here and eat just because the lack of drive-thru and just knowing that'll be waiting for a long time for my food.
