Panago Pizza's are not same as it used to be, pizza crust doesn't taste good,it's like eating thin crust . I miss the taco and chicken fajita pizza. It used to be my favorite Pizza place, not anymore.
Called in and ordered pizza, came at the designated pickup time, paid for our order, tipped well and waited a couple minutes. Then we were told they never put the order in and never actually made the pizza lol. The manager then took our order again over the counter, the order was very specific for our family as there are lots of allergies. We were then told to wait 10 minutes for our order. We come back inside and we had to wait maybe another 5-10 minutes and then we got our pizza. We quickly checked the pizza to make sure the substitutions were made only to find out they were not. When we explained what substitutions we asked for the manager said we did not actually request those substitutions, even though they would've had our original order in their system in the first place. As a compensation they gave us a coupon for a free cookie, which we did not feel was sufficient for the wait time plus inaccurate order. The pizzas were still fine (except for not including the substitutions) though we were disappointed with the organization, management and compensation.
I'm a fan of Panago, and I think it's great that it's a local company, but go to the South Fraser Way location. The quality of their product is much higher. Pizza from the Immel location is often undercooked, and they mix up order items with delivery/skip etc.
I've had both good, & bad experiences. Definitely had way more good experiences though.Can honestly say that Panago has been my go-to Pizza place for the last 20 years.And I would have posted 5 st☆rs instead of 4, but for around a year in the beginning of the covid pandemic, they refused to take cash, so I went elsewhere.~However, & thankfully, they do take cash again lol
Every time we go here, we get wonderful service. Place is typically very clean when we are there. We typically pick up as we live very close to the restaurant.

Panago now has Artichokes and I am loving them! The pizza I had was so tasty and the artichokes made it better! I love their pizza. I will order from them again!
