This is the 1st time I ordered from Panago and I was impressed!! ☺️ The pizza was hot, flavorful and delivered quickly! Will definitely order more often. Our Delivery Guy was really nice too ☺️
Their new Manager is so rude and speaks non sense. They messed up my big walkin order and when I went back to provide a feedback she was so rude to my face and told me to leave the store without remaking my order. That was my last visit to that location. Poor food quality as well.
Refused service because I was not wearing a facial mask. Was not even asked why I was not but was quickly escorted outside. Not impressed.
Lol, the wife ordered online, I went to pick up. Got there, told em my name, they handed me the pizzas and sent me on my way. Pulling out of the parking lot, I said to the wife, why did you pay online? I was gonna pay with my debit. She laughed and said, I didn't pay. Lol neither did I. Had to go back to pay.
Waited about 15 minutes AFTER time I was advised to pickup. Each slice had only ONE piece of pepperoni on it!!! Total waste of time, money for lousy pizza!!!! I used to love this chain & ordered for busy office days too. They are horrible now!

Walked in to order some jars of their Dips. Service in store was great!Got home to realize dips were not what we ordered; called and the associate (wish I knew your name) was so wonderful. Literally hopped in his car and delivered the correct dips, all while saying "my pleasure" and refusing a tip.Made our evening.Thankyou so much for your kindness and going above and beyond.
I order from here whenever I come home tired from work and don’t feel like cooking. The pizza is always been consistently awesome

Got the all Canadian and hot wings, delivered - was quoted 40 min and arrived in 30. The pizza I think wasn’t one of there best, but the delivery driver is so chill. I told them cash and shoulda said interac cuz me n my daughter went through all my coats and even the junk drawer to come up with $45 and that only allowed $1 tip. So embarrassing when. You can’t properly tip excellent service. Hopefully next time we order she ll come again so I can make it up to her. All panagos make great pizza, some just have better customer service
