Got a spicy peanut noodle box delivered on doordash. What I got was a bowl dripping with spicy peanut soup in a bowl(not the box I ordered) reminiscent of a soupy ramen bowl. I've never had such service from other noodlebox locations. I'm supposed to get noodles tossed in a sauce not soup.
The people working there were lovely and the space was clean and tidy. Unfortunately our two dishes fell short of expectations. I ordered the chow mein with two proteins, crispy chicken and beef. Without exaggeration, the chicken were five tiny pieces of crispy batter, less than half an itch in diameter. Only 3 pieces had dried up bits of chicken in them. The batter itself was tasty, but the fact there was essentially no meat makes me feel like I was cheated. The beef was slightly better. Three small slices however quite dry and tough. On top of that all, the carrots and broccoli were super undercooked. Still had that raw crunch to them. My wife got the ginger beef bowl with zucchini noodles. Luckily she got a healthy portion of beef so she gave me half her protein. The only mention here was that the zucchini was cut so thin or cooked too long that they ended up being a clumped ball of soggy zucchini at the bottom. I really hope you speak to your cooks and chefs and figure out how to be more consistent with your product. We enjoy noodle box normally in the city and expected the same here but this was really disappointing. I'm sorry if this seems harsh but I do hope to come again and have a better experience.
The girls working were nice, but to food itself wasn't good. My expectations for fast food aren't high, but the flavors seemed really strange. The pad Thai was so sweet, and the spicy peanut dish just tasted like spicy coconut milk. Also, the rice noodles were really chewy. We won't be going back, BUT I will say, it's nice to see that the menu is inclusive to dairy free, gluten free and vegan.
Ordered: Cambodian Jungle Curry Box with rice noodles and chicken breast medium/hot. The taste of the sauce was mediocre for a curry. I think it was missing nuts, did it have peanuts or cashews in the past? Anyway overall the food was bland. People working their were awesome.
Last 2 times I went the Spicy peanut noodles were yummy! However this time the taste was lacking and the sauce was runny. I'm not sure if it was someone new making it but definitely this time didn't compare to the past 2 times.
I want to say that this business went way above and beyond! I ordered Noodlebox for a special single mothers Mothers Day Celebration via DoorDash and forgot to add one of my orders. Upon calling the manager was amazing making the necessary changes needed :) When a small mistake was made with the order and I called, the manager had the item re-made and she hand delivered it to me within 10 minutes. I was very impressed! The food was tasty and I was so happy with the service. Thank you Thank you!
Went here for a quick dinner with my partner yesterday evening. He ordered the black bean and garlic box, I ordered the spicy peanut noodle box. He ordered right before me and was told it was expected to take about 15 minutes, so I assumed my order would take the same amount of time. After he had gotten his order, three other people were served before me and a few DoorDash orders were fulfilled in between. I gave it the benefit of the doubt that my order might have just needed to wait since it had gotten a bit busy, but at the 40-minute mark of waiting, we couldn’t wait anymore. My partner was then told by one of the employees that my order hadn’t showed up as a ticket even though I had paid for it. I wanted to get a refund or some kind of compensation as I had been waiting far longer than expected for a mistake, but was told it wasn’t possible for some reason. They started to make the order immediately and we left as soon as it arrived to eat our food elsewhere because the experience was disappointing. Found out later when opening the box that my order was made with chicken when I had requested tofu. It was a really disappointing first experience due to the waste of time, lack of any kind of compensation, and my order not even being correct in the end. Neither of us expect to come back.
Tasty, Fresh and great service! It is always difficult to choose what to eat for lunch. The Bombay Mac and Cheese and Ginger Beef are some of my favorites. They spice how you like and is one of the few places that is not afraid of spice! The portions are very generous and I often get 2 meals out of it.
So good! The flavors are amazing, they have gotten every special request correct. The spicy peanut meal ( I got mild) was soooo good! I'm going tohave to keep working my way thru the menu as everything I've had so far was excellent.
We were impressed with the quality and the flavor. The peanut sauce was a delight and I wanted to lick the box clean, but I restrained myself ?. If I had any complaint, it would be a first time experience understanding the heat-meter of "spice rating." We had the rating above Medium and chose Medium-hot, which was not enough to notice it. So next time we will try Hot
