Always mistakes at this mcdonalds they can't even figure out which meat goes in which burger ordered a filet o fish received this a Jr chicken patty inside.
I used to work here, I’m sad with how bad it’s all gotten. The presenter today didn’t say a word besides a grunt, and my McDouble was super sloppy/falling apart.
This is the most absolutely worst McDonald’s around. Do not go here if you value your order being correct or timely. I have been I’ve been here several times recently and every single time was a total disaster. Four trips to the drive-through for a breakfast bagel sandwich (bacon, egg, and cheese, nothing complicated) that they still couldn’t make right last Sunday and then tonight waiting 17 minutes for some stale chicken nuggets and cold fries. And they aren’t even apologetic. In that time my husband‘s actually hot Dinner went cold and had to be re-purchased at a different restaurant. what I wouldn’t give to have bought my dinner at Wendy’s just like he did and avoided this whole disaster. Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost.
Very inconsistent with there food, I always ask for fresh at any fast food joint, and they always say okay, 50% of the time the food is not freshly made. Staff is friendly and the parking lot is well taken care of even during snow
The staff weren't especially friendly and went out of their way to keep themselves busy instead of helping customers waiting at the front. I came back to ask for straws, because they had forgotten to give us them, and had to wait a couple minutes before anyone would even talk to me. They would look at me, then just duck their heads back down and pretend that they didn't know I was there. The food took a long time, and there was no cheese in either of my two wraps.
We had very bad experience today on 29th December at around 1:45 pm with a girl standing at delivery drive through point. She did not tell her name and I went inside and asked her name with Ravdeep Asstt Mgr he also did not tell her I told him story despite. He said just write a review by store name. Her complexion was very white and we told her double double coffee is almost cold so pl make it again and she was shouting at me and my wife. Also with her one Indian girl was standing she also did not tell other girls name. The same bad exp we had before with her and we tolerated that time. She would be repeating same with other clients too. She is rude and adamant. I was surprised when inside staff also not coordinated. It’s very unfortunate when they said just write review by store name. SAD
I've run out of patience with this MacDonald's. They are losing business daily. Their focus is on drive thru' but even reports from that side are bad. Incompetence and disorder abound, no serious management present, long waits for even a simple coffee and often the order is mixed up. Staff is too young, untrained. Cleaning protocols are a joke- no staff for cleaning. I feel sorry for the mismanaged staff. It is not their fault

Wish there was a overhang above the ordering menus. Especially when it's raining.On top of that.. when I last ordered by cheeseburger with added bacon .. they put the bacon in a nugget box and not even on the cheeseburger and they made me wait for so long. When my order came to my vehicle the lady had a couple other orders from other ppl in her arms too .. no wonder it took so long to get my food. And it came it was cold af. The cheese wasn't even melted. Wasn't worth the wait. Wasn't worth spending the extra on bacon. I even threw it in the garbage. Waste of time. Waste of money.Next time I'll just go to Wendy's for a baconator .. at least it would be warm.
Good evening this place is terrible omg , every employees doesn't wear gloves. The guy was wearing silver bracelet but no gloves, safety first please ? ????? I'm not trynna catch covid 22. I have long life to live?.
