Okay sounds lame, but I ordered 2 super sized fries and received them literally half full, the manager or supervisor was like oh, I should replace this? I was like yes please... I have fast food experience and I'd never hand off half filled fries.. I'm sorry but when you go to a fast food place ypu expect the food, bit half the food. Thanks.

July 12, 20221). Did not get what I ordered2). Entire meal was dry, overcooked, tasted absolutely disgusting. ( Burger and fries)3). Did not include my receipt.4). Overcharged

The late night manager was awful. I asked for no ice in my drink. When i got to the window. Doesn't answer and asks me to pay. So i do. Then promptly gives me a drink full of ice. I asked what happened? And she said she had already made it. Then suggested i try to pour it into another cup… i don't see how that would get rid of the ice short of pouring it through your fingers. Ive never had a worse service experience especially since McDonalds is usually very good that way. Maybe avoid this McDonalds if you can especially at night when this person has no higher up managers to answer to. Just wanted some late night McDonalds but that attitude and feeling like i was swindled has given me such a bad taste in my mouth. I doubt any of this will taste any good.

Worst customer service in city, waited 25mins on empty store staff was busy having fun with each other not bothering about we 2 customers waiting. Its not first time its 3rd and last time as not visiting there again even if its last store open in Abby. These guys must be sent to Mount Lehman or Whatcom Road Mcdonalds to learn some customer service. Sorry if i am rude here but thats my experience with them.

McDonald's is pretty hit and miss. Location, time of day. Etc.Went here at around 11 on a Tuesday.It was awesome.The burger was delicious and the fries were crispy.Yummmmmm

This McDonald's is one of the worst in abby, not just because of the food but the way the managers treat the staff is horrific! Someone I know works here and said that someone tried to quit, and the manager ripped her resignation letter in half and said she can't quit. Absolutely horrible. To add on to this, some of the staff have no idea how to do their job. Especially in the drive through. This place needs to have better management or to be shut down. I would rate it 0/10 if I could.

If i can rate zero i would. Old cold refried fries and nuggets. Their oil tastes dirty needs to be changed. Lettuce was pink and wilted. Burger was burnt and dry. I regret buying it…i will never buy from this location i think if i ate this meal i would get sick. Mcdonalds, you need to rethink your nighttime staff. Its not okay to serve this to people. It’s disrespectful and disgusting. Do better.

One of the worst Mcdonald's that I've been to. To start with, the stand up order machine was out of paper. The staff had no idea what was going on. It took 38 minutes to get a double cheeseburger meal. They kept giving the order to the drive thru window. We asked several times and it still took forever to get the meal. They definitely prioritize the drive thru window and could care less about the pick up customers. This is not my first negative experience at this location. I only went as it was close by to where I was at the time. I will NOT be back.

Every single time I order from here (because of late night cravings) they somehow manage to mess up my order in a new and imaginative way. If I wasn’t spending my own money, I’d honestly be impressed with their extraordinary ability to mess up the most mundane requests. Tonight I ordered 3 blueberry muffins as well as some other items from this location via DoorDash, and they substituted one of the blueberry muffins for one that has nuts in it, and then packaged them together. Well anyone with two brain cells to rub together would understand why that sort of thing may cause an issue considering it’s a somewhat common allergy. But yeah sure, who cares who goes into anaphylactic shock so long as you don’t have to make a phone call to check with the customer if the substitution is appropriate, right?

This place gets bombarded by skip the dishes at times and the workers seem flustered at times. I've had 2 minute waits and 20 minute waits but in all they do a good job customer service wise.
