Great place to go for lunch dinner or breakfast with family or friends emplyees are very friendly and helpful and your not to far away from town
This mc donalds at delair Rd & sumas Way was interesting... it's a smaller location, the tables were dirty, staff were friendly, and quick me and my friend Rob were eating at a table when I noticed about six very thick Curley short black hairs under my food on the table I never usually leave a negative review but this was disturbing. I let them know was cleaned by the young man immediately "A" for quick response time. Tables need to be fully wiped down, so no surprises are left behind.
Another day at the same place, bad food quality, talk to the manager on duty. Explained the issue and was resolved kinda but still not happy. All I want is customer service and food quality to be at best and fresh and at time of pick up and not calling back and complaining. Taking initiative to make it right,instead telling us we are wrong, we pay for fresh , quality and service. Dec 12 2021I have been to other restaurants, but this one always charges for every little thing you ask especially charging for chicken sauce or any other sauce substituted for ketchup. Service is not what it used be. Always disappointed go there and I have no chose , its close to my home.Again giving one star , very bad service, and no quality. Got chicken sandwich with burnt bun. Pathetic.
I've never had exceptional food or customer service here, but this time around I waited for my hot chocolate for 10 minutes while it was not busy. Seeing an employee poke open the mouth part of the cup with an ungloved finger to see what the drink was instead of just reading it before giving it to me was probably my least favourite part.
I love McDonald's, and this one is fast, so fast they often forget to put something in the bag that you've paid for. Always check your bag leaving this place or you might find yourself running down the highway and splitting your meal with your mate that got shorted, especially when your in a hurry ?
They charge 10cents for Mayo and they dont give refill not just because of Covid or Monopoly. They make you buy another drink.Inside is decent though.
Expectations aren't generally very high when it comes to fast food.. However, I'll definitely give this place deserved credit when it comes to customer service.Of all the McDonald's in town, this one is top choice
Menu needs revamp. More combination specials for coffee deals and selections. One bite size baking goods with lower prices since no refills allowed. Maybe add a multicultural food item and try diffrent ones.
Playplace is gone.Drink fountains are gone. Refills are not given, not even in a fresh cup. Don't hide behind a covid excuse, you're too cheap to give a refill that costs 5¢.Managers too cheap to give condiments, even after $30 of food ordered.Food was sub-par aswell. Take a bit of pride in what you make...This location has gone downhill. Lots of workers present not doing much, not able to give service or customer experience.We've been to this location for over a decade, our kids would consider this a highlight. Since the staff are concerned about pennies more than memories we won't be back.
I ordered spicy chicken nuggets, the lady asked us to repeat it again twice. Saw it on the order screen that it was right but still ended up getting the wrong nuggets… it wasn’t even busy, we went through drive thru and would typically turn around however we needed to head out. So I’m disappointed
