Fast friendly service but I asked for light lettuce light sauce and no pickles and I got dbl all of the above! It was just dripping secret sauce and pickles to die for literally! Wasn't impressed but like I said it was fast it was friendly and these days that's hard to come by in itself.
Drive thru experience early in the morning took way longer than expected. Restaurant ran out of hash browns and needed to pull over to wait for over 10min to get our food.
An excellent McDonald's. It's very clear management cares and the rest of the employees. I understand mistakes happen but I have visited this location several times and haven't had any issues. Nothing but good experiences. Anytime I am there every employee is working hard. Great job management! You've clearly set good examples for the rest of your hard working employees. Thank you for all your effort everyone. It doesn't go unnoticed!
Can't seem to ever get my order right, cheese burger- no cheese, often cold if not ordering during the rush times. Leaving out condiments.They got me though because I love McDonald's. Might have it today who knows!
If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience and paying for food you didn't order, this is the place for you. This McDonalds is close to my home and conveniently located on my way to work, yet , because of the terrible service and constant mistakes, I now go out of my way to get my morning coffee. I'll order an Extra Large Double Double and what I'll receive may be Black , it might be over creamed (to the point where it's best described as hot milk with a hint of coffee flavour) or they don't stir it (they will pour the sugar and cream first, then pour the coffee assuming that is as good as stirring it - it's not) so you end up with an undrinkable sludge about half way through.The Tim Horton's & Starbucks located across the parking lot will routinely have traffic overflowing out to the street while this McDonalds might have 4 or 5 cars - I can only assume people have given up on this place as I have.I would give it Zero Stars if I could.
Terrible service. No hello, no you're welcome, no have a nice day. Just stood around talking. I paid and dude just shut the window. It wasn't busy. There was noone else in the drive thru. I worked in fast food and it sucked but I at least smiled and was polite like you should be in customer service.. just saying.
They advised me they could not change a $50 bill on a $10 breakfast order. It is their practice to skim all their big bills and they can't give out their $5 bills to break a $50. They need to keep a few more $20 in the place.
Mickey's all good when needed.But this location is absolutely terribly staffed.Young girls that seem to not even speak English. An I'm tje one not understanding. There's a terrible staff an language Barrier. Come on at least have the staff know the MENU. calling management has not even helped.sad sad sad
One of the few left is run by white people. I'm not racist I like all people, but I do find the service at most mcdonalds has downgraded a lot and the quality of the food attitude from the employees and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I find that the McDonald's that has the majority of their staff are white the service hasn't changed, but the others I'm to the point I won't even go to them because the service is terrible.This location and the location in the north shore are very good. All the rest are full of rude, not nice employees. I also like the McDonald's in Merritt. I find the food even tastes better there.
It's a McDonalds . . . No better or worse than any other location . I always order a cheese burger with only cheese and never once have I received that , always comes with everything on it , usually the wrong drink or wrong size fries , but again I get that at every mcdonalds .
