Worst Customer service. I ordered 2 junior chicken meals and 1 kids meal drive thru. When I got home, I found nuggets, no burger. I called on the store number. Their employee( Gagan) Who answered the call said that oh we gave you nuggets which are expensive than junior chicken. That was so rude. I didnt ask for your expensive food?♀️. I ordered burgers because I want burgers. So unprofessional staff they have?
I come in for coffee every and now then and Mandy is always so nice and professional. I was having issues with my coffee order not going to the kitchen and when I asked her about it she took care of it right away. I see her there often always smiling and offering friendly customer service. I wouldn’t think to do a review for McDonald’s as it’s such a huge chain however she always stands out when helping clients that I wanted to take a minute to do this.
One of the most consistent locations in Abbotsford in regards to sevice speed and accuracy. Well-maintained and cleaned.Don't sleep on the fruit smoothies. They're fantastic!
Worst experience in my entire 48 years. Had dinner there and asked to use the washroom and was advised thatit was closed down for the evening. It was still half hour till closing and staff had not even entered to clean washroom. Manager advised would let me use it one time only but never to ask again. I said,"thats fine". She took that as a no and told me lose my attitude and get out. I asked under what grounds and why she was being belligerent. Thngs escalated where she switched to punjabi so the cacausian customers would not understand and said she would assault me, and when she said that I got ups and advised her to try it and that she should be ashamed of her herself for speaking like that. The five foot one ssistant crew manager came without checking what had happened and started fo threaten me while i was walking away and when he would not stop trying to provoke I confronted him. Of course that is when his macho attitude changed but the female manager became more agressive. IThe initial manager was telling me that they "own" the mcdonalds location and they could whatever they wanted. I told her she was not the owner whereupon she advised that neither was I. i told her I was a paying customer and had the right to use the washroom and not be subject to such dusrepect. I left property and police were called. I told police that they were more than welcome to review the audio and video footage to confirm my story. Police were understanding and gave me a ride home. Advise all customers to avoid this location and please note the ratings of this location. I was going to complain to the franchisee but looks like they dont care as none of the reviews previously have been spoken to. That itself speaks volumes
Normally I don't have major issues with this location, usually just normal things like them being stingy with bacon or pickles, however today it took over 20 minutes for them to get my curbside order ready and I actually had to go inside to get it. What's worse is the manager didnt even apologize for the delay or anything and the chick who was running the pass had been outside with the phone and saw me sitting at the curbside spot and went back inside right before i went in looking for my food. Like wtaf!!! It's not like they were busy, drive thru had next to no line up and when I went in the restaurant was basically empty. I hate using the drive thru at this location due to the setup of it and the fact that most of the staff who work the drive thru are quite rude. Our food was subpar at best, my chicken breakfast sandwich (never ordering again) was almost cold, the English muffin toasted but not and tasted stale; my husband's breakfast was basically cold and under seasoned for their breakfast sausages. All in all a horrible experience.
Friendly service, however, consistently they forget items ordered, and items in bag are often not what was ordered. For example, two double quater pounders with cheese, turned into two singles. Ordered two apple pies, no pies. Oh well.
Waited 20min at the second window for my drinks. They told me it would be 3min. My husband was on his way to the same McDonald’s and called me to see if I wanted anything. I asked him to tell them at the window that we were still waiting. Who knows how much longer it would’ve taken. Manager said they forgot about us and when I asked if he was going was going to make up for it in anyway he just snarked me off and handed me my drinks. Poor customer service and poor management skills. #unhappycustomer
Great for fast food. Make sure to check your order. Always something wrong
Come here every morning the staff are awesome and very welcoming good food!
Have yet to get friendly service at this location. Seem to have issues completing custom orders correctly.
