I tried to call to place an order, either for deliver or pick up which ever was I couldn’t order online and was fine to pick up if need be as I wasn’t sure if this location even delivered. I told the woman I wanted to place an order The woman on the phone muted herself and then hung up on me. I was very shocked as I don’t think anything I said could have been confusing enough to hang up on a person out of nowhere. very poor customer service and just extremely rude treatment. I took my business elsewhere
Ordered an 18 pcs family meal bucket with other items to our jobsite. Had included special instructions to add 8 cups,8 plates, 25 packets of ketchup 8 spoons, 8 forks.If zero stars was an option it would be used in this case.Talked to somone who claimed to be a manager but sure did not act like one. She was more worried about blaming Uber than taking responsibility for the missing items. In the end she hung up on me and they did not answer the phone.I spent $90 and the confused staff made us feel like they did us a favor by supplying lunch. Serious customer service training is in definite need. I would be worried if I was the owner. Also I believe there was no manager to be found.Yes we ended up eating our meal on paper bags and 1 packet of ketchup with no napkins or enough cutlery. Large fries where less than half the box and the chicken was overcooked..Feel completely ripped off.. sometimes all it take is just a little understanding..So what happens now. The consumer just tucks his tail between his legs and accepts poor service for thier hard earn money and in the end the company gets away with it.
Avoid this place they have no idea what they are doing. Chicken was way overcooked. Staff was friendly at least but they are unable to properly cook chicken. Will never go back to this location.
Picked up a 10 pce bucket.1 pce was totally burnt, 3 (drumsticks) we're dried out, 2 (wings) were soso, the rest was edible.I tried to fill out the feedback form on the website, it malfunctions. I called and was told they don't take complaints over the phone. Wow ... not going back there any time soon.
Don't bother ordering from the app and going in to pick up your order at the allotted time as not only will your order not be ready (or even started) but the counter people will ignore you at the pickup area for at least 5-10 minutes. Other than that it's the standard KFC you get anywhere.
This is nice little place with lots of parking space. Cashier was very friendly and multitasking. Poor thing running around taking orders, answering customers questions etc with great smile. We ordered beyond meat spicy burger with mega fries and drink. Burger was great but fries were in small pack looks like McDonald’s small fries. Didn’t look like “mega” at all. Other than that it was great experience.
My family of six on yesterday all were treated very nicely. The cashier got everything correct and confirmed my order so that I knew exactly what I was paying for. It seems really clean and run smoothly. As well the food delivery service drivers also got their food fast while we were there.
Came in tonight for some food and the lady working behind the counter is extremely lazy asked for a twister wrap and she said they were out of chicken tenders instead of just making new ones.
Doesn't even deserve one star. Don't order here!All the sides were incorrect. Ordered 3x corn on the cob and got a pot of beans instead. Cookies never came, no has hashbrown on the burger, missing chicken wings.. They basically only got the drinks right.. Embrassing! No one picked up the phone as well and the order was delayed.Hopefully we get the refund at least (ordered with Deliveroo)
The food here is always hot and fresh. Friendly cashiers, and they always give you as much condiments as you like. The dining room is clean as well.
