Best Chinese food in abbotsford, we have it delivered and its always Hot and plenty of food..great service...
Ordered over the phone, was given a time that food would be ready and that was accurate. To be completely honest the food was average. S&S chicken balls were good, beef Szechuan was lacking in sauce and flavour, chow mein had no veg and was dry and the egg rolls were underwhelming. Premium price for average food unfortunately.
From the friendly staff taking phone orders, to the amazing food leaving that kitchen I cannot say enough words to describe. All I can say is amazing service. Friendly and greet you with kindness. Every day of the week. :) Just ordered again tonight for delivery and just a pleasure on the phone. Advising me of price adjustments for my special requests. This restaurant is truly there to put out great food and please customers. Highly recommend. Always delicious !!!! ❤️ will not go anywhere else.
It's been awhile since my wife, daughter and I have been here because we live out of town but we look forward to having their food when we are in town! So incredibly pleased with the professional customer service within this restaurant.I just placed the orderhaven’t got it yet….. but my oh my….. such a pleasure to speak with.Advising of different things on menu.Asking for the ok for additional charges for special requests.FYI….I did previously order from another restaurant but when the rude lady answers with “hello?”Like I was calling a friend it was not good at all.I had to ask“is this ………..??”She says “yup”Already a bad vibeI placed an orderThen got off the phone and thought in my mind……..this isn’t right!!!.was extremely rude. I called back and cancelled the orderThen called“JASMINE GARDEN” ?So thankful I didAgain. What a great experience!!!Wish I got the ladies name! But highly recommended!!!
Best customer service. I've seen in a long time ..Fried rice was good the chicken chow mein not so great ..Sweet and sour was good but I've had better here ..

I cannot remember how many times I have ate at or from Jasmine Garden, but it is a lot. There lunch specials are the best tasting in all of Abbotsford. And yes I have eaten from them all.
Take my opinion with a pinch of salt because i got takeout which was probably why it seemed to have so much water in it, the water really diluted the taste so it was kind of bland. What i could taste was really just okay, little too much bean sprouts in the chicken chow mein for my taste, the pork seemed a little dry but the chicken balls were good enough. The service was pretty excellent though.
Just wanted a break from my own cooking and wanted some good takeout Chinese food ....this wasn't it!!! Food was bland, sweet and sour pork was tough and dry, and prawns were over cooked! Strike this one off my list, wont be back!
