The six of us had a splendid meal at Gian's. The host was prompt and friendly. We took a while ordering from the extensive menu. In the mean time our drink order was taken and brought to us. It didn't take long before we were enjoying Goat Vindaloo, Prawn Curry, Chicken Curry, and Cheese Tomato. Several times our server came to be sure we were OK. At the end he brought some containers for the food we couldn't finish.There is so much more to try, so I'll definitely be back.
Absolutely pathetic customer service!Ordered salad with 3 items in main course. We were all done with our food. Never got salad and 3rd main course item. Even the glasses had lip prints on them. Girl never bothered to apologise for anything. Worst customer service.Would highly recommend if you want to spoil your mood and occasion.
Just tried this restaurant through recommendation.You know when the restaurant is full of Indian people that the food must be great!I go by this also with Chinese food restaurants as well.It's a busy restaurant and they are hiring!The food was fantastic and the service was kind and friendly.They do deliver and you can also dine in. There is plenty of parking out front.I highly recommend this place for Indian food, two thumbs up!
Ok food taste and quality. Poor service. We asked for a red wine and they brought white wine. There was no courtesy shown for their mistake. We asked for 3 butter naan and they brought 4. Initially we thought it was an extra but later realized that it was not. Directly added 15% service tip without asking and charged to our card without even giving us a copy of bill. After making a payment, realized all these when we asked for a copy of bill so nothing much could do there.
The staff are amazing and the food is very good. Will definitely be going back.

Really nice place to have best Indian food. I just went 1 hour drive from Vancouver to Abbotsford to try new Indian food. But food is really awesome and I don't regret going from Vancouver.
Terrible service.I went to dine in with my family.Incomplete order was served. And for food items that we ordered it took ages to refill. Heat was not working,dinning area was cold. Customer service was really slow and poor.I had heard lot of good reviews and thought to give a try. But it was huge disappointment. Because of terrible customer service we had to leave dinner in between and go to some other place to eat.
