I called ahead today to order a pizza for my families' dinner. I needed to pick up at a certain time and then get my child from gymnastics. When I got there they were not busy at all but hadn't started the pizza. He seemed to have no idea what I was talking about but then found the order. He asked me to wait 15 minutes which I was not able to do. He offered no discount or compensation. I ordered from pizza hut instead!
Not only have they been the best Freshslice I have been to in BC (and I have gone to branches in the interior and on the island as well as in Vancouver). I feel like they produce some of the best pizza you can get fast and for delivery in the entirety of places. It has absolutely fantastic flavors only complimented even better by their fantastic staff, and their choice in new hires has never failed to impress me.I have been going to this location for almost 7 years now. They have never steered me wrong and I am one of their most frequent customers. I have never been to a place that has such a wide array of flavors, or giving me such a good trade of cheap food food and not be too worried about health.It is absolutely no hassle at all to phone them in and get an order. For me it has gotten so good that they actually recognize my number and call me by name, and the process has never been easier. Pizza is 80% of the time delivered either on time or within 10 minutes after they're my estimated delivery. At times that they are late at is when they're delivery drivers are juggling three to four deliveries at the same time, which as a former pizza driver I cannot blame them.If you at all want to try and get the same amount of enjoyment out of this branch of fresh slice like I have, all you have to do is walk in and you'll find yourself ordering almost every week.
I ordered thin crust pizza,its too hard to chew n tasteless really disappointed.Make my dinner worse.
If you read my review before I edited it, you probably saw I wasn't impressed with their service . I'll admit I was heated when I wrote it, you would have been too. Either way we ordered again tonight and I was surprised they gave us 3 pizzas for free. Although the delivery driver was a bit upset due to my previous review, although it was honest maybe it wasn't as polite of a review as it should have been for that I'm sorry. But like I said before the owners are nice and proved that again tonight.
I have never met such kind business owners. I ordered some pizzas for pick up (really good prices) and when I got home I noticed there was an error with one of them. I called them and let them know the situation and they offered to deliver the correct pizza. I live quite far away and I was astounded that they offered to do that, free of charge! At this Fresh Slice, you'll get phenomenal service and some good pizza!
Extremely friendly service! The pizza is also fantastic! The multigrain dough is a nice change and surprisingly delicious. I highly recommend this place, especially if you need a quick snack or on the road travelling.
Very friendly and welcoming owners! I always chat with them when I wait for my pizza. These people understand customer service and they always deliver!
