I will give 5 stars for the 1st visit but….One day I went and I received this amazing tortilla soup in a nice plate and big size, one week later they want to give this such small horrible soup for the same price. What is going on?!!! And they treat me like I was laying because they never served like that before, even when I show her the picture ( I’m glad I had it). Like if that was my fault. At least I had my money back
YUM! Cannot go wrong with any menu choice. Reasonably priced and very tasty! Give your taste buds a treat.
Food and beverages are good BUT the restaurant is filthy.. air exhaust vents are covered with dust and debris, directly over top of the food preparation area. The menu display signs are coated with fly excrement. Lots of flys within the establishment also :(
Great and healthy foods but the attendant took my order she forgot to make my smottie and waited about five minutes or more i finished eating my wraps before i get my drink?
Staff expect you tip for subpar service and will not give you the expected portions. Horrible service and would not recommend. Will not be going back.
Disgusting customer service, amazing food. I stood and waiting for someone to notice me at the front for 5 minutes. I looked a few times and everytime they were on their phones sitting at the back. When I finally confronted them jasmeen was rude and unprofessional. She said they had work in the back to and that I was being rude by being frustrated to wait so long for any kind of customer service. I must add I only know her name because I asked her. She was not wearing her name tag....I went back 10 minutes later and guess what. No one was at the front ready to welcome guests. I'll be back again just to make more reviews on this terrible customer service.I would add the picture of them at back on their phones that I took if I could figure out how to.
Great food and service, but with everything going on in the world please have your employees wear a mask when dealing with customers.
I’ve visited this location several times and without fail they’ve been inconsistent. (I’m also speaking for my husband and my brother in law as well). I like their bowls but for the price we pay and the service received I don’t think I will continue to come to this particular location. My last visit I made a custom bowl which was quite more cost and added a tip too. My bowl was made incorrect and super frustrating. I called and emailed for a manager to call me back and nobody reached out to me, therefore I’m writing this review. The girl who took my order ( assume was new, as I see new faces all the time, and must have a high turn over). I asked for only 1 cup of brown rice as well paid for cheese. I got over the top amount of rice and no cheese. It’s super frustrating with all the inconsistencies. Sometimes we get a good size bowl and sometimes very minimal amount of food. Personally, for the amount we pay I feel you should be more consistent and pay attention to your customer’s orders.
Freshii is always such a nice change from the usual fast food rush. Not to mention I always feel satisfied and clean eating their food. If you're a conscious eater, you will absolutely love this place!
The ingredients and food when prepped properly from Freshii are really good. The big problem lies in how inconsistent the employees are at making bowls and how they are always out of rice or other common ingredients. Sometimes the bowl is out of this world and made perfect but a lot of the times the portion is way too small or they forgot to add black beans and so on. That shouldn't happen when the food costs this much already
