Ordered from here on Uber eats and oh my god my whole order was wrong like I’m not sure if I got someone else’s order or they just put random stuff in my bowl because I’d did not order ranch sauce, black beans, tomato’s, onions and avocado, plus it tasted terrible I’m very disappointment and will not be ordering from here again.
The worst location I have been too. Out of selection, the lettuce and veggies soft, wilted. Uninterested staff. Menu board was not working and expected people read this tiny take out menu. Wasn't the typical standard I was used too.

I ordered the 3 day cleanse through the app and unfortunately due to stock and a mix up I didn’t receive all the correct juices. This location was fantastic in fixing it the girl working there helped me get the correct ones the minute their shipment came in. They are short staffed there and I appreciate they are doing their absolute best under these conditions. Thank you very much! I will be back soon.
This Freshii location had the worst customer service, as the gentlemen who served was extremely rude when I had a question about the new smoothies. I had my order come to about 30$ and he still was quiet rude when I just asked him to add some onions because I forgot to mention that when I ordered. I am regular customer at different Freshii locations but this was my first and last time at this Freshii locations. Spending so much money and not getting even the bare minimum of customer service is quiet disrespectful.Please don’t go here if you want to be dealt with some kindness and respect.
Poor mgmt. Bad food
Good food and quick service. Ladies that were there were great. Restaurant seemed very clean and they took precautions to ensure safety during pandemic such as limited seating, plexiglass barriers, bottled drinks and other self-serve items were behind the counter, etc.
Portion sizes are about half the size of the other Abbotsford location. I sometimes come here because it's much closer but probably won't anymore.
First time in my life I ordered a smoothie that was warm… it’s like they didn’t even freeze or chill the fruits they use… the only reason it was thick was because of the banana. It also wasn’t even full when they served it to me… Tossed it after 3 sips and bought a bottle drink at Marshall’s instead. Waste of money and a waste of time waiting for them to make it…
Food is generally good. But, it seems like they are constantly out of vital ingredients which leaves us with having to change our orders and or make revisions. There also seems to only ever be one person working, even during peak hours. It has become too inefficient to use this as a lunch time stop as we are frequently left waiting for half an hour while our food is prepared due to the single employee having to deal with our orders, as well as online orders. Will not be back to this location.
