We’ve been here a few times. The burgers are fabulous and tater tots are a brilliant side dish. The milkshakes are best in Leduc. And the staff are pretty nice too! Loved my California Veggie Burger.
The food was so good and fresh. The milk shakes were amazing. Skittles money then Wendy's but so worth it. I had the Hawaiian burger..messy..but so far good. You have to try their food. We will be going back.
Way too expensive for what it is. The fries were bland, gravy had an odd flavour, and the chicken tenders were too dry on the outside and greasy on the inside. Employees clearly didn't want to be there (ie wearing slides and sweatpants). Wouldn't recommend.
The food is awesome don't get me wrong but anything outside of that...SUUUUUUCKS. We order from here every two weeks for 10 people and have for a while now (I know we could order from a somewhere else but when they boss wants Fatburger he gets fatburger). In 6 month we have NEVER had a complete order, we are always missing something, from a pop, to dressings, even full on orders. We have had order that aren't even cooked! Half the time nothing is labeled and when it is labeled it's completely unreadable. And to top it off they close randomly, hard to know when they are open or not. I do not and will not order from this place on my own accord or recommend them. But hey if you're one of those people that are having a bad day and you want to make it worse order from here, the anger you will get won't disappoint.
This fat burger is obviously making too much money ….. so much money that they can just shut down at 4pm on a Saturday. Door was locked when I came up …. Some nice customer let me in and I let them know their door was locked and I was told that there was only two people working(there was 4 employees in the restaurant but three were eating ) and so they were closed til 5…. I don’t know much about running a fat burger but I’m sure you can do it with two people . Anyways I ate my subpar food and left. Then as I walked to my\\nVehicle I seen 4 other customers get denied by the door being locked. I’ll\\nNever be back. Management should do something about this “country club “ as it’s obvious that the employees come before customers here . Literally watching paying customers walk away on a Saturday afternoon is a terrible business practice. Guess the owners are millionaires and don’t care about the paying public
Absolutely love this place!! So much customization lots of free toppings!! Burgers can be a bit pricey. Many other things too like poutines, chicken tender poutine, chicken tenders, best milkshakes too!! I do find it silly tho they charge so much extra for beyond burgers unfortunately ?
If you are looking for a $3.99 burger skip here, these burgers are HUGE! And fresh ingredients! And the milkshake was great! If you want to complain about the price just remember you are getting your money's worth. And the staff are so friendly and smiling! Makes it feel like a place that is happy to serve you!
The last two times I’ve there is now my last!!!!\\nDon’t know what’s going on there BUT they need to changes things up before someone gets sick this place used to be good BUT anymore hit and Miss bacon on my burger border line raw!!!!!!!! The burger under cooked both times. And the fries way under cooked come on people.. and what’s with the your phone number when I try calling the voice message says this my is out of order.. Wow!!!!is it because you don’t want to hear people complaining!!!!! To bad alberta health don’t find out …. P.S and yes raw food!!!!
Love the california veggie burger and the strawberry shake was too good. Grilled chicken sandwich was really plain and actually had one tomato slice and very little to no sauce inside. Looked and tasted plain n bland.
Not the worst and not the best fat burger I've been to. More attention to detail could go a long way. if id read the other reviews before I wouldn't have stopped in but didn't have any of the same reported issues. Just a bit better on presentation and keep those fried hot and we're good to go.
