Unbelievable! I will make this review short and to the point: FANTASTIC!! Happy hour, three personal sized pizzas for $6 each and wine was on for $4 a glass. Tell me another place you will find something similarly priced!! The pizza was so delicious, so simple but SO good. The waitress was really friendly. She stopped coming to check on us during the end half of our meal and I had to walk to the front to get another glass of wine and return again to ask for the bill and pay… but none the less the value ($36$) for three pizzas and three glasses of wine.. while taking a break from a long needed clothes shopping expedition. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE! 10/10. Great crust, cheese, and sauce. That’s what pizzas about right?
Really horrible experience- came in this afternoon during happy hour and our server left halfway through without telling us she was off or would pass us over to another server (like she literally grabbed her personal belongings and left the store). So while my friend and I are trying to order drinks there was no one around to help us. We waited for a solid 20+ minutes before I had to raise my voice to get a staff member's attention. The restaurant wasn't even busy- it was 4pm and there were four tables, including ours. It was an unpleasant and disheartening experience. Do better.
I’ve been by this place several times but for whatever reason hadn’t tried eating here. Last night I stopped in before the movie and was really surprised how good the pizza was. Some of the other menu items looked really good also. I’ll be back again.
Our real estate team had the opportunity to work with Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria recently for our client appreciation event at the Highstreet Community Room! Coralyn the General Manager was so great to work with. She was quick in her responses, and always so willing to accommodate our needs, especially as things shifted and changed at a moments notice. She was incredibly flexible, and kind, and her team executed the preparation of 30+ pizzas over the course of our night so smoothly! They were prepared for dietary restrictions, and always gave us hot fresh pizzas! We definitely recommend their team for your next function! Or just go in for a family dinner- so delicious! Definitely get the Cavoletti, it was INCREDIBLE!
We visited here for the first time since COVID and really appreciated the customer service. They were short staff and the main server was training 2 new staff members all while managing the customers in the restaurant. They were all very attentive, friendly and did an excellent job! The food was absolutely fantastic and we will definitely be back again!
Had a very poor experience with the waitress here. I had to ask for the same thing three times before I even got it. She didnt even acknowledge me the third time, the other waiter is the one that gave me what I requested. On top of that, three groups that came after me, got there mains before we even got our appy. Even for our appy, we had to follow up on it with the other waiter. Our waitress didnt even once check on us. One hour later and still didnt get our order. tables that came in after us got there food and left.
I ordered fettuccine alfredo & it tasted like they opened up a jar of Classico sauce & poured it on the pasta. Just dreadful! I have never written a bad food review ever before but I paid $20 for a poor meal that was not a specially made fresh sauce. Even the ceasar salad sent ($14) did not include enough dressing & the dressing also was terrible.
We came in at 8pm after our movie and we were sat at a bench by a friendly blond girl. Then we sat and waited for 10 mins when I asked a waitress serving another table if she could send a server our way. A very unfriendly red head girl came to our table and didn’t smile once, didn’t apologize for not acknowledging us even though she saw us waiting. This is very disappointing to us and wish we were treated as valuable customers instead of an annoyance. April 14/2022 Abbotsford Famoso
I appreciate this place so much! I went here for pizza with my mom last week and they checked our vaccine cards, even though the mandate has expired, and their employees were wearing masks. I felt so comfortable sitting here knowing that I was safe. This will definitely be my go-to dining out place now in Abby considering that many other places are no longer checking cards. Plus their salads are absolutely amazing!
Went there for the first time to celebrate a birthday before going to the movies. The food was good but was very wet. We asked if we could do cake for the birthday boy but were refused by the manager. While this is their right, it was still very disappointing as this has never happened in any restaurant we have celebrated in. Not even high end restaurants.
