We all know about their ice cream and I don't think it needs a review. The hot foods though are really good for being fast food and they have some of the best fast food fries out of all the restaurants. Seriously underrated and that needs to change.
VERY Unsanitary Fast Food Restaurant.I ordered my meal, sat down, ate it, then sat back and enjoyed the rest of my drink when I looked up NONE of the girls were wearing gloves not even the one handling the food with her bare hands, NO GLOVES and she was handling the meat and the buns with her bare hands.I just ate a whole meal that was handled by someone else's bare hands. NASTYEverywhere else everyone who works with food MYSELF ENCLUDED wear gloves when handling food, but this store takes the cake and they have notes all over the place about being sanitary.Needless to say, I will never eat there again, not even an ice cream let alone a french fry and yes, I will be telling everyone I know.
The food was good and served quickly. The outdoor drive-thru speaker needs work though. I can never hear properly from it.
Got a strawberry cheesecake blizzard with extra strawberry paid the extra dollar and got 1 tiny piece of cheesecake in the entire blizzard. The blizzard was also completely melted they didn't turn it upside down I'm assuming because it was to melted to do so. It wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt $5.50 for the miniI will not be returning
Product always good. Service would be a 1 star. I use to work at DQ back in high-school and we we never allowed to talk back to customers and tell them that they're wrong. I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie the girl was like we don't have that. We have strawberry banana smoothie and something else. Then I say that's what I said. She's kike no you did... another worker takes over because she doesn't have customer service skills.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good collection of ice cream cakes for birthdays and parties. For glutes free cake you have to order atleast 48bhours before pick up date. Overall good experience. Very competitive prices.
Their customer service is so bad. Waited 12 minutes at the intercom in the drive thru and no one answered. Couldn’t move forward or back because of other vehicles. I called and asked them if they were having troubles with their intercom and they’re like maybe it’s busy, thats why. So rude. Told me to come inside to place my order… I stated I’m stuck and she’s like well you need to just come inside. What the? Please train your staff better then this. I worked in fast food as a child for years. Disappointing. Waited 30 minutes in their drive thru.
My wife and I do enjoy DQ blizzards as a rule from your establishment but our recent visit was very disappointing. We purhased Drumstick with peanuts...they had BIG chunks of choc/cone/peanut mix not blended into the blizzards...very distasteful...
Apparently drinks don't come with combos anymore. Even thought the menu says explicitly that they do.If I'm going to have a combo for 11.49 become 14.50 after a drink and tax. I might as well go to fat burger and get real quality.Edit: I'm sorry but no. I will not be giving my home address, phone number and email just to reach out.
