Service is Slow.Food is below Average.Never visit this place.Aloo tikki was soggy and stale.Stuffed kulcha was flavorless.
It was recommended by a friend. Tried for the first time and had the worst experience. The servers were rude and definitely had no customer service sense. Ordered Chhole Bhature for take out. It took them 30mins to get it ready while it wasn't even busy at all(customers only at one table). The packaging was poor and so was the food. Not worth it and definitely not recommended.
Had just two one of the most famous Indian dishes (cholle bhature and papdi chaat) and had the worst experience for the first time. The only thing which was good was coke?
Customer service is very poor.. and food is ok .. little samosas serving… price is ok… but they using golgapa.. not making their own.. waiting too long.. so this is for management… pls improve your service
Stopped by here a couple weeks ago and tried the gol guppas. They were pretty good. Service was friendly. Just nothing spectacular.
Got allo tikky & samosa from here. The tikky was totally " kachi" the inside was totally uncooked & raw. The outside was over cooked but inside it was still sticky goo alloo. Had to thow it in garbage as the restaurant was far away from house. The samosa was Bland & overcooked and black outside. Same thing as Alloo tikky. But somehow ate it. The chutney was diluted and wouldn't be used as a dip. We had asked for a green chutney which they didn't give. The doesn't know how to cook. Extra hot oil used to make samosa & extra hot tava used to make tikky.. I will never pick anything from this place.
Poor service. Bring your friends and family here if you want to sit and stare at each other for 30 minutes without any staff acknowledging your presence. We walked out.
We specially went there to eat food with my children, my children’s food came after half an hour of wait. I asked three times for my order, waited for an hour and they said it isn’t ready yet, so I asked to cancel it.Even thou I canceled it, at the paying time they added it to my bill, and said that now it was ready therefore they packed it. There was no point in doing so as I was already late for my appointment, didn’t eat either and packing it wouldn’t work for me. I didn’t say anything at the moment, but was really upset because of their mistake, for which they didn’t feel sorry. By the time I stopped to eat the food it was all mixed and nothing good left to eat.I feel sad as I was looking forward to eat at this place.
Tried their veggie noodles and chocolate shake . Taste was horrible. It was my first visit there because my friend recommend me this place . Customer service is good tho but food was bad.
