HORRIBLE!!! WORST CARL'S JR in BC!!!!walk in 5pm only 2 employees. Took my order and watched one sit in chair while on her phone while the other one stocked ketchup. Music blaring from kitchen was different from lobby. As I didn't see any cooking happening I'm left to assume both the burnt dry patty's I was given was because they were pre-cooked and by burger was nuked. Paid extra for my poutine that was soooo salty it was inedible. I grew up in So. Cal. and have never been so embarrassed.
That 2 FOR $5 sign caught my attention. I thought it might be two tiny sliders for that price, but I was surprised to get 2 regular sized burgers. The ingredients were just the basics: mustard, ketchup, pickles and onions, but two filled me right up. We also got the Western Bacon Burger which continues to be a favourite. We barely had time to connect to the free Wi-Fi before the order was brought out to us. We ate while watching the game on the big screen inside. The tables and floor were clean and there was plenty of hand sanitizer near the door. Oh yes, I'll be back.
Food was fast food once u got it. Staff was great today. Menu images were poor. I'll bring my phone next time and get some properly exposed food images.
Waited ten minutes at the order boards, repeatedly asking if there was someone there with no response. Finally, drove around the corner to see someone parked, vehicle off, waiting for their food. Another 5 minutes past and he gets his food. When I drive up to the window to order, the girl at the counter is kinda of short with me, asks me if I want to place an order and put no napkins in a bag with my lettuce wrapped burgers ????♀️
This location is not properly following health and safety guidelines and served this uncooked RAW. Chicken burger on February 17. 2022. The staff report that this occurred because they where busy!, the second excuse given was the chicken did not sit properly. The behaviour and reasoning was un professional and not acceptable.
Great selection of food items, friendly knowledgeable staff, I would definitely recommend this location.
I used to drive through.They were very polite and quick and I didn't have a long wait.The food was awesome it really tasted good I would definitely recommend this to other people to go and try and it's great for kids also.And they deliver it with a smile also.
If you're looking to spend more for less, this is the dumpster fire for you. $14 for a meal made of a kids sized burger. Also, don't thibk you'll order when you walk the counter. Expect to be looked at while they ignore you. Once you place your order, hopefully there isn't anywhere you need to be, because the food took 25 minutes! First and last visit to this hole.
Came here with my two kids. We ordered one burger meal with a large fries and a kids chicken tender meal. The total was almost $19.00 which was mind blowing because it didn't taste very good.My burgers cheese was so thick and cold that I peeled it off because it didn't taste good. My kids chicken meal was so freaking hot that he had to wait for almost 10 minutes before he could eat it.Restaurant seems dirty (window sill and under the benches)Wont be back.
Great Burgers, bummer the grilled chicken went to a flat processed piece of tasteless yuk. The grilled breast you used to sell was delicious especially on the Hawaiian. I’ll be looking for a new place for that one.
