Foods always fresh staff also friendlyOne of my favourite burger joints to go to in abby
Not worth it!!!!!Ordered the famous burger with cheese - advertised at $3.99 - and a side order of poutine (which the gravy was cold) and was charged over $14.00!!!!! A friend ordered a grilled chicken burger and it was dripping with grease and the pineapple on it was rotten - will not recommend people to this location
The woman working the drive thru on 2/13/22 around 12:40pm was super rude. She needs to work on her customer service
Burger and Drink were very good. Drive thru service is very poor, 1 vehicle ahead of me, and I waited at least 5 to 10 minutes to place my order. They must be short staff or somethings wrong here. Not sure if I will go back. 3 stars for tasty food.
I used to go here often a few years ago but quit as it started being not so good.Went with wife and daughter on Saturday for lunch and it was gross. Burger patties were hot but very greasy and grey. There was NO charbroiling on them and tasted like sweated meat.My kids chicken strips were good but the burgers just sucked and service was really poor. 2 girls working and long wait.Unfortunately i wont be back here. Much better places to grab a quick burger.
As I'm reading all the reviews here, I would say they must have improved. Not really sure...hopefully they did, and not just because we were lucky.Anyhow, first time at this Carl's Jr location in Abbotsford. The ambience of the store is a little dark inside, for my liking, but it was clean! The food was great. The cashier was helpful even if she wasn't smiling. :-)We didn't have to use their bathroom, I thank my lucky starts on that - I hope that was clean.***We ordered their Thickburger with bbq sauce - my daughter loved it. She rarely eats burgers. But she gobbled her half in no time and wanted her sister's other half, thankfully!***Their salad was so fresh and the chicken was perfectly crispy. For fast food salad, it was well presented and put together appealingly :-)***Poutine...not bad, whoever was in the kitchen at that time, wow! Kudos! I should have asked for the name because it was nicely put together...clean and not your usual messy Costco's sloppy-but-yummy poutine. Their poutine has the taste of a store bought packet gravy....maybe just me?Overall...I highly recommend this place.
I usually love a nice burger and Carl's jr usually exceeds my expectations.. however my last experience just off Fraser highway in Abbotsford both mine & my wifes burger were saturated & dripping in grease & sauces. The onion rings and criscut fries however were nicely served!
I got a Hawaiian chicken burger, and got all the way home to find out its not even cooked. This happend about 5 weeks ago. I messaged the company and hadn't heard anything back from them so just a warning to everyone. The staff clearly dont care and neither does the company. I use to love carls jr but now I refuse to go back.
The food is good, but more important to me, all the staff is always friendly.Today the clerk remembered that I preferred lettuce wrapped burgers served with a knife and fork (they bring the food to your table) while I was ordering. I'm over the moon as he has only helped me twice before!I had the chance to speak to the owner shortly after they opened this location and he explained that they wanted to present as a sit down restaurant, and with he staff I do believe they deliver.(As I finished writing this, the clerk came to clear my table and ask how my meal was, something I don't see ever in other 'burger joints'.)
Poutine gravy is salty as hell! Not edible. Burger was cold and sloppily slapped together falling spart second I unwrapped it. No wonder they aren't busy. They aren't good!
