The Good: the Impossible Whopper I had was awesome. For vegetarians who miss burgers, this hit the spot. 10/10 for the burgerThe “OK:” the restaurant looks a bit run down. Could use a facelift and maybe more aggressive cleaning. The 8’ height stick in the drive thru is bent and could scratch the roof of some vehicles.Overall: I’ve come here before and will come again for my Impossible Whopper cravings. But fix the drive thru please! And use some bleach inside.
Food is fine, but service is not the greatest i went drive through and was asked to wait in the parking lot, which is fine, but I was waiting for 10-12 mins before i went inside to get my order. they had 1 customer…
Came at 10:06 and the staff was eating tons of food but told us they were closed for drive through. Guy ahead got tons of food but everyone else was told they were closed. Why is 10:30 listed as closing if it's apparently 10pm.*edit* just read the reviews and saw many of the same complaints about them closing at 10 but are supposed to be open until 10:30. one of the reviews stating this was 4 years old so they obviously don't care at all.
Always a great experience. Fast, fresh and hot food. The crew takes hygiene and disinfecting of the high traffic areas very seriously.
The worst burger king I've ever been to, its usually at least a 20-30 minute wait after ordering just to get the wrong food. It would have been faster to drive to the one across town
Totally worst service. Stood in line with my son who wanted to order a burger and waited over 15 minutes for people to continuously walk past us. Ignore us, start to take our order, then walk away with nothing said.
I was in today and had to wait several minutes for service. They only asked for the person I was with vaccine passport and said they did not need to see mine. The gentleman at the cash was doing cash not behind a partition and we had to ask that he put his mask on properly on multiple occasions. Also this person was wearing plastic gloves as he was dealing with the cash portion then touched our food and other equipment with these gloves. We will definitely not be going back. Do not know how they get to continue to operate by not following health guidelines.
Used the app to order ahead for drive-through, reference the number. Order was prompt and correct. Excellent quality ingredients, tomatoes were rich in colour and flavor, pickles and lettuce crisp and fresh.
Our order was totally messed up and it took a very long time to get it. There was only my family in their for the first ten minutes then a mom with two teens came in, ordered, received and left and the only thing from our order coming up was our pops. 10 minutes more and our 4 burgers finally were done, now we needed to wait for our fries.. We got it all and went to our vehicle to eat as there was a no indoor eating sign posted by the restaurant itself not a provincial order because it was all open at the time. That is when we realized we did NOT get the burgers we ordered at ALL. By this time a full half hour had gone by before we got the food another 10 minutes to get to the park to eat, we were very hungry so we just ate it. Will never go there again.
Came to get lunch on Saturday September 4. This location had the terminals and drive thru order sign all down and not working. It is of course the long weekend. I went at 130pm in the afternoon so it was super busy, both inside and drive thru. The gentleman working drive thru was super polite and upbeat. He listened and hustled my large order out quick. All receipts were hand written. I appreciate your attention to detail and happy demeanor sir. My order was perfect. Thank you for making the order my way even though the day clearly wasn't going your way.
