Came here last night to grab some take out for dinner. Service was very slow as only one lady was looking after drive through and inside. I had to wait 15 minutes. Came here next morning to have some BF. The food quality is very poor.I was served completely cold English muffin and egg order. When I went back to the counter to complain those lady was not happy and arguing with me why I throw my food in the garbage bin which I did as per the lady on cashier. After I had raised my voice and said I need to have fresh one finally with unprofessional manner made a new BF but this time was warm she did. What a chaos service. If they don't improve the qualities and service they won't have any customers. If I knew it before I could have gone to Tim Horton or Mcdonald. This note is to bring Management's attention.
I got my order on time and the staff was amazing. Manager named Diksha was very friendly and gave me fresh burgers and fries. Do go to this place for tasty food.
Counte rperson was super rude and I couldn't understand anything she was yelling through her face mask. Very unpleasant experience.
Went through the drive thru this evening not too far off from their closing hours. You could tell the staff were tired, but regardless of that the service was great and the food was hot and freshly made which was a surprise to me considering how late it was. I have been to several different burger kings and anytime I went that close to close it always felt like they just served whatever leftover they found laying about. But this location made it feel like I had just came in right before the lunch rush and everything was just made fresh.
Service was good, cashier was pleasant and the poutine was good - fresh and hot. I ordered a Big Fish, Whopper and Poutine for takeout. Got home and found I was given one napkin that was crumpled up and stuffed into the bag.What has happened to Burger King policy of 1 napkin for each food item? Also, no cutlery - I suppose I should eat my poutine with my fingers???Has BK changed the way Whopoers are made? A couple of tiny scraps of lettuce, 6½ pickles, looks like the ketchup was an afterthought... and they just about missed the burger. Everything was obviously piled on the crown of the bun then slapped together.I spent 13 years managing Burger King restaurants, my staff would never consider serving a substandard product like this.
They hardly pay attention to the drive thru. I've come here only a hand full of times and each time I wait 5 minutes with no answer and so I have to back out and go in.When I go in, they're slow and take their time.

Underwhelming food quality. Got excited to order my favourite roadhouse chicken burger and let me tell you the chicken is quite thin and soggy. I have ordered it in other Burger King and the chicken is large and crispy. This branch in particular is bad overall.
Doesn't listen to the order, hung up on me when calling to explain they gave me the wrong burger, no receipt in bag. I won't be going back to this location anytime soon, constantly gets my order wrong.
