Very good experience dining in late. Got the "BIG Dipper" (very tasty, added banana peppers, sparse) used to be called the "Philly Cheese Steak" and my only complaint is that the sandwich was not nearly as large as the old menu item was. *Excellent service from Kimberly at the bar very friendly and attentive*.. kind of makes me want to give this five stars but hey there's the size of the Cheese Steak or Big Dipper (in no way big) LOL. Especially considering it now costs way more than it used to and the size has decreased.. doesn't make a lot of sense does it (Pandemic much!). I wonder if the Boston brute has also diminished in size? Wouldn't be able to be called a Brute if it has LOL oh well, I'll find out next time.
Start with the not so good apparently the nachos and the mild wings weren't up to par. The Smoked Gouda and poblano ravioli with chicken and the Appy platter were the bomb. A special shoutout to our server who was quite attentive, thank you Shawn or Sean. I forgot the spelling but I remember the name, BP is where it's at.

Service was unfortunately brutal. No drink refills, had to ask multiple times for our drinks. We waited with empty plates and drinks for 20 minutes for our bill. The place was almost empty so it's not like he was busy. Food was good, but not sure I'd do dine in again.
Well we just sat down,the floor and carpet was so filthy I was so discussed. Nobody even came to our table its been 10 minutes already,so my husband and I got up and left we are across the street now at Mr Mike's steakhouse . We were greeted at the door with a smile ? and had our drinks within 4 minutes
My family and I shared a pizza and 2 pastas here recently. The service was outstanding, our server was friendly, polite, caring, sensible and provided us with perfect service, checking in on us just enough without too much (which can sometimes happen at quieter times). The food was perfect as outlined on the menu with no issues. Unfortunately, I feel both Abbotsford locations of this chain are lacking in the warmth or modernity of other BP locations… (Langley, New West, Merritt) all have nicer restaurants.
I had a pizza and the topings were minimal, I didnt get extra cheese like I asked or extra crispy. I was pretty disappointed. The manager made it right and gave me 50% off and that's why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1
Friendly staff, amazing food and fast service. Was very pleased with the service and spending my birthday here. Also allow up to a month after your birthday to get your free dessert if registered with them through the app or have an online account. Loved it!

Most rude customer service. Never coming back to the restraunt they just dont wana listen. Hope they get a better manager and some brain
