hostess has no personality. No eye contact. Had to wait for her to finish wandering around looking for something else to do, they she asked if wanted to eat. She then wandered around the empty restaurant looking at empty tables, then sat us at a dirty table. We had to ask the waitress to wipe the table. Waitress asked if we would like water, then never brought it until we asked again. She then spilled the water and never wiped it up. Had to ask her to please wipe up the table. We were only given on set of cutlery. We had to ask for a second set. When she brought the second set she also brought napkins, which were dirty. Informed her of dirty napkins that she took away and never brought back and clean napkins. 5 stars to kitchen staff for good food. 1 star for poorly trained hostess and waitress. 1 star for unsanitary workplace.
Totally disappointed. Ordered lasagna and 2 pizzas and diet Pepsi. $109. Got regular Pepsi 20 minutes late. I don't what hipster has decided on the pizzas now but they are not good at all. We are flying out tomorrow and are in a hotel room. Didn't even send a fork or napkins.Really really bad.Check out the photos of the pizza slid all the way to one side.Never again will I eat at any boston pizza.
Staff is fantastic but not enough of them.Kitchen has a great menu but maybe not enough training.Great place to watch a game tho !!Beers always good
It was really slow service on the day we went, which was weird since it wasn't extremely busy. But to wait over an hour for our food was not acceptable. We ordered 3 kids pizzas, one lunch pizza special, half a rack, double order of wings and a grilled chicken sandwich.Not very satisfied for the amount I had to pay
My waiter Shaun was fantastic. It was so busy yet he still made me and my daughter feel very welcome and special. He truly made my night bcoz I went to BP in Chilliwack and after 3 min of waiting to be acknowledged, was finally greeted by them saying I be waiting 10 min to be seated after I was seated, then waited 16 more min just to have someone not even come to take a drink order, yet 2 tabies in the same section seated after me got served while I was ignored, so I walked out very angry and will probably never return.
Beautiful day and we wanted a patio afternoon. Boston Pizza was prepared for the sun. Had a wonderful server Sean and he was a super host. Paid close attention to detail with allergies and always made sure our drinks had refills.
By far the worst service we have received. 20 minutes to order drinks and our food then the waitress did not come back ever.Slow service is fine that happens all the time but for the server to not come back till its time to Pay is crazy. I would avoid Boston Pizza at this location on a Saturday as they do not seem to be able to handle the tables they have not even at full capacity.
Went in with 5 kids and the servers were great! Fast friendly and kids ate free with the purchase of our adult meals. Beers were $5 which was a bonus! Overall awesome experience
Horrible service. We waited for refills and a glass of water for at least 15 minutes. Ravioli portion size was disappointing. A shallow square plate with barely enough Ravioli to cover the bottom. One positive is the kids eat free deal. That's much appreciated.
Everything was good except we, as a pair of adults, were seated between two families with poorly behaved children .... staff could have easily asked the parents not to allow the children to stand and jump on the seats ... this would have most likely curbed the poor behavior, and if it didn't .. Are they really the type of customers you would want?? .. allowing such behavior keeps our family from going more often.
