Don't listen to those polls in the local paper, bamboo palace has the best Chinese food in Abbotsford. Service is excellent, portions are huge and prices are reasonable. We hadn't been since before covid and yet they still remembered us! Seriously, if you go to that 'other' place because of what you've heard, do yourself a favor and try bamboo and thank me later.
Food is good, but they said my order would be ready in 20 mins. Arrived to pick up my order 20 mins after calling and I have been sitting and waiting for my food in the restaurant for more than 20 mins. If it's going to take 40 minutes, just tell me. I would rather not hangout in their lobby.
Fantastic food, not a single thing i can say wrong about it other than i wanted to keep eating it.Recommended for sure....... And enjoy ?
The ladies working there were great but the food itself was lacking in flavour. The chicken fried rice tasted burned and as others have mentioned the meat dishes had barely any meat . I wouldn't go back again as there are better options for Chinese food .
We had great service with delivery. The food was piping hot. The prawn chop suey: the prawns were perfectly cooked. Everything was delicious.
The BEST Chinese food EVER!!!!!! But when you Google their menu to order their prices are $11.95 for a combo 1-2-3-4 or 5. When I went to pay...the prices were $14.95 per combo. I asked why they don't adjust their prices so people are not lied to. She told me I had to go on their app to get the correct prices. I just replied letting her know that it's not right. She told me once again to download the app to get their proper prices. ?
Good food at fair prices. The wait was a little long for delivery (2 hours) but it was a rainy night and didn't want to get outside in it myself.
Amazing Chinese food! Came out from north burnaby, and was not disappointed. The wonton soup was very flavourful, and their sweet and sour pork was to die for!! On top of that, the service was great. Will definitely be a returning customers.
The MOST abysmal service ever. We called at 4.45 and was told our order would take two hours. Two hours later I am at the restaurant and waiting for service. After about 15 minutes of unsatisfied customers leaving and canceling their orders I am finally spoken to.I was told they will see what is happening with my order. After another fifteen minutes waiting (half an hour after my order was supposed to be ready) I finally got an answer. It was going to be another 45 minutes.Avoid this place. No matter how good the food is it's not worth the terrible service.
Just want to thank all the hardworking staff at Bamboo Palace for a delicious meal on New Years Eve when i couldnt get out to pick up food. You guys are the best and my food is sooo yummy?
