Gurver Rude customer service , waiting to place order and he calls up next people in line , Stood there shocked and totally ignored me. Wow only reason location is still running is location in mall other wise would have no customers
Servers or staff are friendly with good attitudes.
Usually the food comes out pretty fast but they have messed up my order a few times just wanna be honest about that. The employees there are nice though.
Extremely unprofessional. Went in for an interview with the expectations they were giving me the position saying id start next week! Sadly i never received a phone call and wasted 3 days of job searching time waiting for the online courses. Just to be ghosted by management!!! WorkBC will be hearing about this for my lost time lol
Princeton, BC, worst meal I have ever had at any A&W since and that's going back to Winnipeg, 1956.Apparently "basted medium" in Princeton means flipped repeatedly until the eggs are hard in the center and have a Rockwell 8 crust both sides while the "well done" sausages (because they're usually undercooked) were also burned black to compliment the dessicated bacon. There's more, but the point is made.One look at it should have been enough to have tossed it in the garbage and done it over.If I could have cut the single star in half I would have.
This is very upsetting when people don’t wash there hands when they use there hands to pick up bacon, they should use tongs. It would be nice if they WAS THERE HANDS. I wish never be a customer here again. There was 5 others who have said this
Slow and terrible service made me wait 20 mins for my order because they gave away my food to someone else and didn’t even say sorry
