Waited 15+ minutes for my order. Seems resturant is short staffed for late night ordering and do not recommend. If anything stop by during the day and hopfully there may be more people working to fulfill orders on a more timely manner.Very disappointed A&W. Smh.Also was not able to get a buddy burger of any type or aple turnovers which I was especially craving as nowhere else makes them like the "dubs"does
Usual A&We experience but the fries were so bland. Kids said they tasted like cold regular potatoes.
Story time! We been driving from last 8hrs and really hoping to get some great food as we were bursting out of hunger. We stop by A&W on our way, ordered some meals. At first they give us onions rings instead of Sweet potato fries. She took onion rings out of my tray. Now obviously our sandwiches were getting cold while waiting for sweet potato fries. In the meantime, my mates told me there’s no onions either which we specially requested for our sandwiches. I feeling myself ashamed went to cashier(her) for complaining again. Instead of apologizing she talk to the kitchen guy. Guess what??? His reaction was “ Do i need to make all the sandwiches again” (making faces). I said No that’s ok being clueless. He ended up giving some onions in a bag. No apology was given. No initiative was taken to make us feel better for all this mess. This is really not something A&W stands for. I been to another stores, never get disappointed by customer service. ?
Very reasonable price for a first class traditional breakfast. Real bacon eggs toast sausage and hashbrowns with coffee.. 11 bucks
I went to this aw on Tuesday night around 12 15 yesterday . There was this guy working there who was so rude and arrogant. I ordered a beyond burger as I am a vegetarian and obviously can’t eat meat . He very rudely told me that they are cleaning the grill and can’t make a veggie burger and suggested me to order a chicken burger instead if I would like to . He was not at all polite and apologetic or anything. I will never go back to this location if this kind of people work there . I am very unimpressed by the customer service .
Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Food was served quickly and good quality. Not too busy for breakfast with lots of seating. Recommend for breakfast.
I waited for quite awhile considering I was the only one in the drive thru. Figured at least that meant i would get hot food. NOPE. Hashbrown was ice cold.. sausage muffin was cold and the muffin so stale I didn't finish it. GROSS.. but the staff were reasonably nice.. probably won't go again.
The best burgers in any town. The teen burger for me, and the drive through is pretty quick even when there is a line up.
Guy at the till was managing driver thru and counter service, he was on point, fast and professional. Was a stop on our hectic travels, definitely made things easy.
Great A&W food as always but one of the few that is open late! Dining room open for eat in until midnight. Drove all the way from Hope looking for one open past 10pm.
