Our order was confirmed 4X but the staff still sent us away with 4 of the wrong burgers and one napkin.We have tried this location many times yet each time similar experiences. Our family will no longer come to the St. Albert location due to the repetitive disfunction in following orders and incorrectly providing of wrong products.
Very poor service! Seems like if you live a block away and just walk over to the drive through they refuse to serve you because I'm assuming I didn't pollute the air and waste fuel by driving. I will never give this restaurant any business and will tell all about the extremely pooooor service. I even went to the window and they refused to come to it even though I shouted "hello, I'd like some servive". This happened on June 26/2022 @ 7:35 am.
Drive thru was pretty slow and was told I would have to wait 10 to 15 mins for grilled chicken on my strawberry salad so I chose to take the crispy chicken and it was delicious. Would have given 5 stars if they were nice about the chicken issue as she made me feel like I would inconvenience them if I had of waited for grilled and also due to how slow they were at the drive thru.
Everywhere it says they open at 6:30am on week days for drive thru. Today and last week I sat in the drive thru at 7:30am for 5 minutes, no response. I drive to the windows and peer in, nobody's home. Don't advertise you're open at 6:30am if you're not even open at 7:30am. I'll take the two minute North to the other Wendy's no problem if it means I'm guaranteed service. I have no idea what time this location actually opens but it certainly isn't their posted time
This store is the worst run store I’ve ever been to!! Every single time we go they forget food and yet again tonight when i called to tell them as I always do the employee actually told me the manager wouldn’t give me a refund until they check cameras which would be tomorrow which is fine we have our receipt but no food ridiculous customer service
No grilled chicken anything available at 9pm. Why's it on the menu then? Stick to deep fried and don't offer grilled if "it's not available at this time" subway had grilled chicken available.
I was told to wait 5 minutes- no problem. I left after 13 minutes to avoid being late for work. Accuracy in assumed prep time or some sort of notice that it'll be a slightly longer wait would go a long way.
The store is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and polite, but the speed of service could be improved.
I was in the drive thru for over 15 min without an apology for the wait and then they got my order wrong!!
Food is always delicious. Fries are a little salty for me but they're crispy and hot. Lobby was recently renovated, chairs are solid wood - not comfortable for long stays. Self serve fountain pop has tons of choices!Lobby could be a little cleaner.Food tastes better than McDonald's, but is not as fast or cheap. No order kiosks, so you actually deal with a cashier, which I prefer. This is a busy spot, so wait times can get to 5 minutes or more. I will definitely be back.
