They have the worst customer service and i got this grilled cheese melts and it had mould in it. I told the manager and no action was taken except that they gave me a new sandwich and the other day I ordered stuff and they smashed the drink on the counter very rudely. Least recommend place!
Well I would strongly recommend against this location as the staff is extremely rude, nothing seems to be working or they can't help you as I found out today when I tried to order a tea.. The gal just staright said no I can't help you.. Don't worry dear I'll save you the trouble and hassle of not coming back plus I'll let a couple others know ?
Not enough employees. They only do mobile orders. 20+ min for a coffee
Ordered a turkey bacon club sandwich. I began to eat my sandwich when I noticed the turkey was missing. I took the sandwich back and calmly explained what was wrong. For some reason they explicitly pointed out that it was an artisan bread sandwich. I explained the bread was not the issue and that it was missing the turkey--a key component for the sandwich. They eventually remade it with regular bread, which once again was not the issue. End of the day it's not that big of a deal until I could audibly hear them talking about me while I was still within earshot. Very unprofessional.

Decent location, depending on which staff is working. The menu is decided accordingly. Otherwise there is no rhyme or reason as to a schedule of what they serve at what hour.
So slow and always out of whatever I try to order.
The potatoes were not good, I ask for a fresh one and she said to wait 20 minutes... You guys, have to always have the fresh one, so 1 star!
Nice kiosk in the food court in the St Albert Centre Mall. My experience was good. Service wasGood.
