I'm not sure who is in charge of the washroom. But it looked like a murder occurred in there. Blood, tissue paper, feces... all over the floor. Please check periodically to ensure cleanliness!
The past week or so I went through the drive through in my short little car. The male employee at the drive through needs some new pants. The button is obviously broken and it’s being held together by his belt. And his zipper was halfway down. I could plainly see he was wearing grey underwear today as he passed me my order.
Gone are the days when you could order what you wanted and actually got what you asked for. This has got to be the worst Tim Hortons of all time. You wait at the counter no one comes to help you. They all look at you from the sandwich bar but can’t come to the till. You order a roast beef and cheddar sandwich and you get roast beef and lettuce sandwich go back in and ask for another sandwich and they tell you that it’s what I ordered and refuse to make another one unless I pay. Won’t be going back to this location. The owner needs to offer more training and how to handle conflict resolution. AVOID this LOCATION
Seems like all Tim Hortons are going down hill big time lately but I think this one takes the cake for the worst in St. Albert. Legit I come to this one 2-3 times a week when I work in the area and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. There’s some sort of issue weather it be getting over charged for something or something being made wrong or them being out of menu items constantly. Their bacon is garbage way too over cooked I asked for better bacon once because the one in my sandwich looked like it’s been sitting out in the open for a few hours and they wouldn’t give me fresh bacon. Staffs uniforms are always dirty and gross looking. I got a coffee today and they made it wrong and I tried to give back my old coffee because I didn’t want it sitting in my car and it was completely full and they said it was a health risk. Legit the persons uniform was a health risk and they were supposedly the supervisor. I know most people probably aren’t gonna source out the best Tim Hortons in the area via google reviews, but maybe a manager or owner will look at this and maybe try and not be the worst timmys in the city.
So I ordered a coffee and a donut and got coffee and muffin on my way to work so didn't notice til I got there. I tried calling kept getting hang up on. Drive thru on this Tim's is horrible, very hard on your vehicle. I find the Tim's in St Albert is very lacking. Never know which locations is open at the time posted.
Is it possible to give negative stars? It's unbelievable how slow and clueless the people in this location are. I'm not alone in this thought, as they 18 other people sitting there waiting would agree with me. The worst possible service ever, then after I spent my entire lunch standing there waiting for a side of potato wedges, I got attitude when I asked for my money back. Seriously, this is the worst Tim's in the city and that is saying something, as the one by my house isn't much better.
Very clean when I arrived. Still had a nice selection of donuts/muffins/pastries. More seating now for patrons!
A gentlemen made me my Medium Light Ice cap tonight, I visit quite often and order the same thing tonight he filled it so much it filled the lid. It was delicious ? it made my day. Thank you. Hahahha.
It was just another busy day at Tim's but they pumped us through the drive through quickly and got everything right. Good job!
I never have any issues with mobile orders at any other Tim Hortons locations. For some reason this location never has my order ready, they struggle to find my order when I tell them I used the app and they make you feel bad for using the app to order (apologising to the people in the lineup).
