Just got home after a $42 order and have no meat in any of the sandwiches I ordered very upset especially for paying that amount for unfinished sandwiches....

Bad customer service experience from the morning staff lady of drive through on April 22, 2022 in the morning. I come to pick up my coffee here everyday so I know that most of staffs are nice and kind and have great customer service. But this lady never said Hi and Bye or Have a good one something like that to me when my turn to get my coffee at the window. She just unkindly handed over to me the machine for credit card and gave my two cups of coffee without any words and just closed window twice unkindly while I was waiting for my another coffee . She seemed rude and mean to me but she was nice to other customers before and behind my vehicle. I was so happy with other staffs through the window before but felt so embarrassed with this lady on the 22, April . Terrible customer service.
Waited for service, seemed too interested in drive-thru customers than in-store customers. I left without buying anything. I, as an in-store customer, I felt very unappreciated, an after thought in their business model. I went to McDonalds and got a great coffee & wonderful customer service.
Not too sure why this Tim Hortons is listed as "24h". I've been here multiple times around 10pm, and they never have any food. Today, the lady at the drive thru told us that there was no hot food, and she didn't want to make any since she didn't want to clean. Fast forward, I'm sitting in the parking lot sipping on my coffee, and we watch a car pull in the drive thru. Literally 10 seconds later, the car leaves and heads to Popeyes across the street. Need I say more?
This is the only Timmy's nearby so can't compare it to another close by. It's a basic Tim's with usual quality and speed.
