My dad just entered this place and said Hi with 3 employees right now he said hi they didn’t say hi back! he wanted to order but they were giving him attitude! This is so disrespectful! This company needs to pay more attention to customer service.
I know they say all Timmy's are the same but this one was exceptional. Delivery of goods were to perfection.

After MONTHS of incorrect orders i finally had enough, however, I don't know if they replaced the sandwich bar worker or even maybe just gave them a headset but I've been MUCH more pleased lately (getting the correct thing you ordered generally does that for you) service in drive through is fast, and now with getting the correct thing I ordered I can honestly say Hebert road is growing on me again.
Cashier Josh was super friendly and served with a smile(even under the mask). To any Tim Hortons managers seeing this , give that man a raise ! I'm serious
Terrible customer services. They are rude and often forget items and I’ve seen them kick customers out who do not have proof of vaccine even when they are ordering to go.
So last night, my brother and I pulled up to the drive thru to grab coffee before a long road trip and the lovely ladies got our order and proceeded to hand them out at the window. However their espresso machine began to act funny, to no fault of their own I might add (I’ve worked at a cafe I understood technical difficulties happen time to time).The ladies asked us to park at the front in less than 4 minutes a lovely person name Robyn came out and handed me my pumpkin spiced latte with almond milk. She was so kind and bubbly and open with us about what happened, and proceeded to hand us the latte ‘made with love’. I’m so happy it was made properly regardless of the situation and Robyn made us smile, quite refreshing:)Thank you Robyn and staff!!
Ordered delivery through the app and recieved a little message on our donut box. Super sweet way to start off someone's day!
Drive-thru is incredibly slow. Probably has more to do with customers that take forever to order and make additions at the paying window. I just want a coffee! I shouldn't have to wait in line for 25 mins.
