Bite taken out of my food, seems like they aren’t used to complaints because as soon as they saw me return they gave poor customers service and attitude towards me. The one worker that took my order was respectful but the lady who made my food horrible, be cautious when ordering from here.
Tim's on kingsway,either don't or won't make espresso..also breakfast sandwiches after 4.SAD!
If I could give a half star I would. Or no stars. They never have delivery. Drive thru is best to avoid going inside to order. Not the best tim hortons, but the most convenient..but convenient doesn't equal quality. They need a different Tim Hortons in St. Albert ASAP.
Definitely take the time to go in for your order. Unless you aren't in ANY type of time restriction. Always a big time line at the drive thru
Went and asked for a small black ice coffee. Got the coffee and it tasted like they poured 50 kg of sugar in it. Extra star because I got a large instead
I love Timmy's but won't be returning to this location any time around lunch. Huge drive through line up, waited inside for 15 min with only 2 people in front. Only have a half hour for lunch, food's great but will have to take a pass on this location.
I find all Tim Hortons that I have visited so far very different. More occupied with drive through. Example I counted over 8 people in the kitchen and window area and only 1 person at front counter cashier. That's ok. I make my own coffee now....
Staff always friendly and my order is always right. I was glad to see staff enforcing provincial 'evidence of vaccine' protocols recently and upset to see customers giving staff a hard time about them doing the job our elected government granted them the right and obligation to do.
I've stopped going here for my daily morning coffee and snack because I can't seem to get a yogurt parfait between the hours of 6am-11am... despite them being on the menu and also for the most part a standard breakfast item.
My pregnant wife was also denied service, sanitary apartheid/segregation like nowhere else. Hopefully they will regret their actions soon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTSURANT
