Felt like a rushed time there, felt old. I like more modern, hip and polite staff type of experience when I go out. Didn't felt it here ...
The best food we've had out of all Swiss Chalet across Western Canada. Chicken served fresh, piping hot, sides were very good.
Our waitress was amazing, she remembered all everything 8 people ordered with out writing it down. Big portion, good taste.
One of the best Swiss Chalet's I have been too. The food is consistently good/fresh, and the staff there are amazing! Very much like a family atmosphere.
The exterior could use an overhaul. Besides that, the food is quite tasty for a relatively affordable price. The portions are large and the service is quick.
Good - Jessica and how she explained that the kitchen was really busy; customer service; nice time spent with my family.Bad - Our food was cold; the bathrooms were dirty and didnt have paper towels; my dish came out 5 mins before my family's.This experience was weird because I've been going here for years and I've never experienced any issues with the restaurant.
It's been about two and a half years since eating in anywhere. Food hasnt changed...nice to have a meal indoors.
Consistently GOOD!We haven’t been to the St. Albert Swiss Chalet in years. Before Xmas we took our neighbour for dinner and we all enjoyed the chicken dinner which included a glass of wine and the small box of Lindor Chocolates for dessert. At that dinner they gave us a $10 coupons to use after Xmas, towards any dinner over $40. Last week ( Feb 2) we went with our friends and this time had the new special, which included soup or salad and a piece of pie for dessert. Everything was delicious, of course too much food so we took home chicken and our pieces of pie. We had the most pleasant waitress ( Wendy), making our experience even better. Thank you Wendy!!
Great value and even fellow customers were fantastic. A gentleman gave us a coupon. My husband didn't really like his burger so probably best to stick to their chicken. I'll be back for chicken pot pie
We really enjoyed our meal. They were out of the salad my husband wanted but crested similar and we were all happy.
