The staff here are absolutely amazing! They are always super friendly and welcoming.
Tasted great as always. Being starbucks I'll always think it's too expensive but this is nothing against this location. The only thing was their debit machine was not working. They did not inform me this until I got to the window that I would require cash. Luckily I had some on me but if I didn't I would've liked to know first thing when I got in the drive thru.
The staff always have and will continue to be great at this location, but the wait times are absurd. The mobile ordering is the only reason why I continue to frequent this location, as I can sit and wait 20 minutes for my order in the comfort of my own home rather than sitting in a line waiting. If you're in a rush this Starbucks is a no-go. Otherwise, standard stuff!
Staff were friendly and very helpful, I wanted to switch up my usual for something fun but not too sweet and they were quick to find out what I needed and delivered a delicious drink that hit the spot.

Showed up at 7 wouldnt take my order. Closed at 7 why even bother opening. Do better.
Starbucks has thee BEST customer service across the board. I will wait in a long drive thru line because of the friendliness. Prices are still too high, however the staff make up for it!
I like Starbucks. There is something special about it. And most of the staff welcome guests while enjoying their work.When I was in Korea, I didn't go to a lot of Starbucks. The reason is that the Americano Tall size is about CAD $4.3 , so it is not reasonable. It will soon be raised to 4.7 dollars.However, Starbucks in Canada is about 30% cheaper than in South Korea, so I come here often.
Evertime I go there they are ether out of everything I want or when they do have what I want they make it bad!! Learn how to make your drinks! I don't have this problem at another Starbucks!
I ordered my favorite Americano with Vanilla sweet cold foam on the App from the Starbucks at Erin Ridge St Albert, AB. As I went to get in my vehicle the coffee flew out of my hand and spilled the entire contents on the pavement. I went back in and the Barista, Kenzie kindly made me a new one, no charge! Thanks Kenzie! ❣
