I waited in drive thru for service only to find out they weren’t open yet at 8 am and there was no sign indicating later opening. This location seems to have issues
They rarely have nitro cold brew and when they do its definitely not up to par with other locations that I've had in edmonton.
Went this morning, was a 20 min stop going in. Tons of training and trying to be compassionate, but if you are in a rush don’t count on getting to work on time.
Wasn’t the best experience today, my daughter and her friend went in to get our order, my cup was time stamped at 12:09, they didn’t get their order for over 23 minutes. My oat milk latte taste burnt, I don’t get Starbucks very often so I expect when I choose to have one as my treat It should be outstanding. Will give it another try next week, just not stellar today ?
I stopped at the store as I do on a regular basis I pay over six dollars for a drink I walk in to pick my coffee up I didn’t have a mascon which is my right not to do I wasn’t near anybody there was not one person in the store I went to the restroom I came back the staff is waiting for me they were harassing me extremely rude telling me I had to wear a mask or they would ban me from the store his words are I will write you up of course that was kind of funny as he is a manager at a coffee shop nevertheless I told them have a nice day as I was leaving there was three of them standing at the door yelling at me and harassing me I think these people need mental help getting angry over a piece of cloth that does nothing I’m very disappointed that in this day and age you get treated like a criminal Bottom line is I told them in a month or two you won’t be wearing those ridiculous anti-breathing devices but because the government tells you you’ll believe it’s true
Wow this Starbucks did an amazing job! I come through the drive thru with a large mobile order and they were phenomenal! The person working drive thru was so calm and friendly despite the long line and everything in my order was perfect. Incredible job to everyone who works here!
Great, fast service, clean facility. Masking is currently required and tables are spaces to allow for physical distancing.
They never have any items in stock at lunch time, the workers in the drive thru don’t even know what they do or don’t have available. They also needed us to repeat our order 3 times and still managed to get it wrong. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to
They always nail my order in the morning, can’t complain bout this one. Great work
always make my day a bit better in the morning with a fresh hot latte
