I went for the wingsanity all you can eat wings. The service was slow. They seemed very understaffed. The wings got progressively more dry and shriveled over the evening as if they were being kept warm too long. There was a wide variety of sauces on the menu but Nashville hot, hot, suicide, and hotter than hell, all tasted pretty much the same. The servers were apologetic and moving quickly there just wasn't enough of them for how busy it was.
My family member recommended this place, knowing I love wings. I would say for flavours, they have a lot, but not all are worth trying, hot is excellent, and the SOS is my favourite. It was super busy, we had to wait for 8 mins before getting a table. It's a comfortable little place for wings.
Wings came out very burnt looking and tasting.. sauce was tasty but barely any on the wings..I asked for the manager and he brought us a coupon for a pound of wings and to come in the morning when they deep fry them from fresh and not frozen... sorry for the 1 star! But food should be consistent throughout the day..
We had a birthday gathering last night and our server was excellent. (A nice Asian gal).Despite it being very busy, she provided our table with awesome customer service. Trust management will acknowledge her good workand give her kuddo's from us.Also, thank you for allowing us to bring in a? cake for the celebration.
Horrible customer service. Waited over 20 minutes for napkins and water that I had to ask for and the wait for the food was even longer. Despite all the wait, the wings were dry and the boneless were unbearable. The fact that I had to wait 20 minutes for the bill is absolutely baffling. If you are anticipating the bare minimum please do your self a favour and never step foot in this restaurant. I have never felt so disappointed.
My wife and I went here based off of a recommendation from a friend. It was Sunday evening and the place was packed. We were offered the choice if waiting an hour, or be seated immediately at the bar. We chose the bar option. We waited nearly 15 minutes before our drink orders were taken. We chose a flight of lemonade slushes. The drinks were poorly made, as most if the syrups were poured lazily over the tray instead if the drinks.About a 1/2 hour into the visit our food orders were finally taken. All you can eat wings. The bartender was hasty in taking our order, and did not bother to ask what side, or type of wing we wanted (boneless, ect) Getting his attention was nearly impossible. When our food finally arrived some 30 minutes later it was completely cold. We felt that due to the busy nature of the promotion, wings were precooked and left to be dressed when needed. The wings were extremely dark and bitter, as ones cooked in oil that badly needed a change.I managed to eat only about three wings before throwing in the towel and left.It was my first visit, and perhaps they were just ill equipped to handle the large volume. Suffice to say I feel that hot, fresh, and made to order food is not a thing for this chain. I will not be returning.
Horrible experience! Went in and was told its a 30-45min wait, left them my number to call back when the table is ready. They called and missed their call by 2min. WhenI called back and let them know I'll be right in, they agreed. When I went to the restaurant for my table, they had given it away. Said it will be another 30-45min wait. The server said it was a "miscommunication". Would give it a zero star if possible.
The wings were amazing, nice and crispy, lots of different flavors to choose from. Really friendly staff, the place was really busy and the staff were still happy and smiling. We will definitely be back!
UPDATE July 7, 2022We went back for all you can eat wings. Not boneless this time which we liked a lot better then the boneless. The only issue was that the sauce was lacking again. What they do is put the wings on a plate then drop some sauce on top of the Wings so the Wings do not get enough sauce. They should put them in a bowl and mix around so all the wing gwt covered in the sauce. This happened to all 4 of us on all of our wings. It also states extra sauce is $1. They had had a staff shortage this day and we were there for 3 hours because the time it took to get our food or see our server was very long but this didn't bother us too much.ORIGINALWe went for all you can eat boneless wings. For the price compared to the regular menu pricing it's a good deal. I find the wings to have a lot of batter and not enough sauce. The first 15 boneless they start you with will fill you up though. Price is good but taste is average.
Loved their wings there. Went with the family and we sat out on the patio. Our waitress was great and friendly. The only thing I noticed was that the soap dispenser was out when I was there.
