The best donair I’ve ate. Fresh veggies, delicious (non greasy) donair meat and good flavour. Will add this to the restaurant rotation when I’m in town.

After 2 generations of my family have been regular customers with this restaurant since the first day they opened in the original location and through several owners, the food has really tanked. Lately the rice has been uncooked in the platter and today the tomatoes in our food were actually brown and moldy, it was awful and sadly I don’t think we’ll spend our supper dollars at this restaurant anymore. Whether they didn’t care or weren’t aware of bad produce and safety standards, neither one is an excuse to serve food that’s not edible after so many years, and often spilled from the loosely packed containers. It’s a shame when a long-supported establishment like Simply now serves undercooked and expired food.
I got the chance to order food from this place today, the owner was standing and made my order. There was not even half of the food on the platter which never happened before and when I asked him about the small portions,, he was very rude and practically yelled at me to me and claimed “if you do not like it, then you should leave”. I had a terrible experience with this place and I will never go back there again. The reason given for the small portions by the owner himself was “everything is so expensive”. This does not mean that as a paying customer I should be given a smaller portion since I am paying for the food, food the appropriate portion size should be given to me. The owner himself was very disrespectful, unethical and unprofessional.

Worst donair I've had in a long time. Ordered 2 kids donairs and there was literally a pint of sauce on them, kids took one bite and they ended up in the garbage. Pretty disappointed in this place. I give this place zero stars.
Poor service, didn’t listen to order request. Undercooked, even when ordering extra crispy meat. First time and last time. I’m amazed by the high scores this place gets. You want quality, go check out Vegas Donair
Ordered chicken strips for my 7 year old today and it was completely raw inside ??? hoping he doesn’t get sick. Never got offered money back. Just offered to make another batch. Yeah no thanks. Will never eat there again.
Best bang for your buck anywhere. Great portions, speedy service and excellent prices. Simply is my go to anytime I can't decide what to eat.
