Food is decent but they took off a lot of starters we used to like so that was disappointing and we couldn't eat the dessert it was frozen. We did still pay for it and I mentioned it to our waiter but that was disappointing.
Fantastic place. Our ball team of 15 was hungry so we called and they got a section for us last minute. Great job!
Staff is friendly and courteous. Food is always delicious any time of day. Prices are reasonable.
My wife and I ordered each a clubhouse. My wife ordered with white bread and myself with sour dough no mayonnaise. Can’t be too hard right. Wife’s order came out with brown and mine, two slices of sour dough and bottom was brown and also had mayo on it. Sent the orders back. The excuse given by the waitress is that the cook works two jobs and is tired. Anyways, Wife’s came back white bread with no mayo. On the last piece of the sandwich there was a large piece of toothpick that cut up her mouth. They complemented the wife’s meal. No apology no manager. We have dined here many times and now have great reservations about coming back.
This afternoon we went for dinnerWe both ordered lasagna. Service was excellant.When the food came it was smoking hot. The problem was as we ate it we found the bottom 25% was totally burnt. It was mentioned to the server but recieved no compensation for the failed supper. This will be our last time at this restaurant.
Nothing hits the spot like a good ol' Ricky's breakfast. An experience unlike any other. If you can get passed the old people as far as the eye can see and the on/off smell of cigarette smoke, this place really knocks the casual breakfast experience out of the park. Service was great, my waitress kept joking with me about how I better eat all my sweet potato fries because they looked so good ? Ricky's all day grill never lets me down ?
Manager would rather argue with you than make a customer happy. Presentation of food is horrible. Barely toasted bread...didn't send bacon nor butter. Made up a rule that butter never gets sent which is not true. Skip the dishes kept restaurants in business during pandemic but now the attitude is to rip customers who order thru it. Again Manager was unprofessional and rude and didn't care one bit.
First time at the St Albert location. Super nice servers and all around good and quick food to fill up on. Will definitely pick this location over any other Ricky's in Edmonton just because of the amazing service!
Good food, great staff, but really, really expensive.My pancakes were not hot enough to melt the butter. For $19 bucks, it seems reasonable that the food is at least hot.
