I ordered pizza two times from this store and left with worst experience. The food doesnt taste good as per the expectations.
Just tried this place for the first time. My family loved it. Lots of toppings to choose from. Taste was great. Priced well. What more could you want from a pizza place.
Worst service ever. I waited 20 minutes to place an order for them to tell me mi toppings weren't included on my pizza so they needed to star all over my order.
St.Albert location is horrible! Last time we order the delivery driver carried out bag to the door side ways ! Yep all topping slide off pizza! Called to complain nothing done! Tried them again tonight and been waiting for over an hour and half for delivery! They have told me twice will be there in 5 mins! Now get it and wrong order!! Horrible service last time for us!
Well we just had the WORST experience ordering from here. We had to call to place the order, as the online part wasn't working.Then they called back to ask for my moms credit card # and said they had no delivery drivers so they were sending it with someone else...and made her pay in advance due to not having enough machines, or them all being unavailable!!Then my mom gets a notification from what appears to be skip the dishes... at 8:18 so we are waiting for the buzzer... luckily my nephew went out to wait for them, because the driver left them sitting in the fricken lobby to get cold (for a solid like 10 minutes where anyone could have just taken them).So my mom called and said she doesn't want to pay for them and to reverse the charges (I agree with this decision). And was told "oh the manager will have to call you back for a coupon or something".... 100% not acceptable and now you've lost us as customers :(On top of all this... it took an hr in a half for a delivery.. DO BETTER!!!!
I loved this place until I was told to give my cc info over the phone after an hour of waiting for the pizzas. Then my pizzas 25 minutes later was found cold and on the floor in the lobbie of the building. I called very upset and was told the manager would call me in the morning. The manager never called...
Pizza took over 1 hour to be delivered and when it came it was cold. The pizza actually tasted quite good, was even better the next day heated properly in the oven, but 1+ hour and cold pizza isn't something I can get behind.
Best ham and pineapple pizza I’ve ever had! Will order again for sure:)
First time ordering from here and I'm sure glad I did. The nachos have a ridiculous amount of toppingscould have feed everyone with just those . And the pizza is some of the best I've had in a long time.
I love this place, order often. Great pizza great price. Pro tip the nachos are amazing, none of that 80 percent naked chips here, they bake them on a pizza pan too I think? Either way try em out
