Do you like scant toppings and almost NO sauce? Do you like when your pizza is bland and is basically only dough/crust? If so, this is the place for you. I usually enjoy Pizza Hut pizza, but this location's pizzas have VERY little sauce or toppings.
Ate in. Food was good, but pretty noisy ambiance. Best to take out.
I have to laugh at your extra cheese. There wasn't barely cheese on it to begin with. What a joke.
Went to the restaurant to order pizzas. Wanted to use the advertised special on my phone and lady would not honor that even though the date was still valid. Lady was rude. Walked out and went to Dominos where the service was great and customer friendly. Will not go back to Pizza Hut again.
Pizza was good. I think the pizza could have been cooked a little bit longer. The dough was a bit too soft for my liking. Overall a good experience though.
3 pizzas and chicken not the best food I have had from them disappointed in quality.
We have ordered pizza twice recently from the St Albert Pizza Hut andboth times they have had almost no cheese on them. This is since the newlocation opened. I cannot believe that this is Pizza Hut policy because we have been ordering great pizzas at the old store for years.
Absolutely horrible! I will never order from this restaurant again. I placed my order online at 5:30 and I'm sitting here at 6:17 with a hungry 6 year old waiting to talk to a "customer service" representative on some phone messaging thing and still have no pizza. The online system says that my pizza was delivered to someone else and I have absolutely nobody to help me figure out a) where my pizza is and b) how long it will take to get another one delivered. There is no phone number to call the restaurant. This place doesn't care about you or your pizza. They will take your money, leave you stranded then disappear. Order somewhere else.
Customer service is absolutely horrendous!I worked in a family owned pizza place growing up and that phone rang once and it was picked up. If you call pizza73 your on the phone with someone within a minutes every time.It blows my mind that me and my wife have been on the phone trying to reach customer service for a total combined 90+ min trying to fix an order. We placed the order and within 5 min realized our BOGO coupon did not get added online. We called customer service and have been on hold since. Pizza Hut literally made the order, delivered it, we ate it and are now cleaning up and I am still on hold.HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!!!!! My wife got through to customer service on her phone after approx 34 min on hold. They said they couldn’t help and we needed to call the store so they transferred us. Well guess what! It rang busy twice then disconnect. The only number for the store online is the call center number of 310-1010!!!I’m still waiting for my turn to speak with customer service. Wife tried calling again to make a order and it was picked up within 6 min which is still ridiculous. The order taker could not help and transferred her again to customer service.
Poor ethics!!Sent my kid in to order 3 pizzas. Told him to the 3 topping deal for $9.99.The charged him over $45 for 3 small 3 topping pizzas.Total money grab. Let's take advantage of this kid.Staff should have realized that the pizza's he wanted were the deal.
